Great location

Not clean and smells bad

Excellent service and a great breakfast buffet at a great price. A smoking hotel so residual smoke smell in the room is expected and just took about a day to clear out using the AC and air freshener provided.

The hotel room is tiny. It could barely fit our suitcases (only small ones). The hotel staff was good though but the public restrooms here definitely need renovating.

At best, adequate. This hotel is in need of a makeover. Worn stained carpets in hallways. Functional but unpleasant bathroom. Adequate breakfast that doesn't meet Japanese hotel standards. Staff was wonderful.

Great staff, great location but the rooms themselves are maybe a little dated and in need of an update.

Liked the location, convenient for transport and restaurants. It provided everything a traveller needs. Room is tiny- bed takes up 90% of floor space. Breakfast finished at 9am which seems a bit early.

It was very close to the train station, the room was clean, and all the amenities were available including washer and dryer. We enjoyed the free breakfast buffet.

We enjoyed our stay there. It’s a nice simple hotel that met our needs for a short stay.

The rooms are tiny. Two people cannot even walk passed each other. We had to book a smoking room because it was the only one left. I was under the impression it meant you can smoke on the balcony or smoking area, but it was inside the actual room therefore the room absolutely stunk of cigarettes. The bed is way too hard and pillows sunk in. I’d wake up in the middle of the night with a flat pillow. Had a really bad neck and back for the entire stay because of it. Free breakfast was ok. It’s free so can’t complain. Free laundry service is great. Great for local businessmen, but definitely not for holiday goers.

Great place, right by JR station. Nice breakfast, bathtub, 24 hours drinks. Would recommend to anyone, decent pricing.

Handy location near train station. The room was clean and tidy (as you would expect!). Small. Very cramped for two people, but fine for sleeping in. Has an old and used feeling to the hotel.

I picked this hotel because it was near the Hiroshima Station. I did not want to stay near the Peace Park as dragging your luggage on the street cars is discouraged. The hotel is relatively new. Staff was helpful to store our luggage until the 15:00 check in time. The breakfast is listed as continental but they had everything a normal buffet breakfast has. There is even a soda machine and soup machine that you can access 24 hours a day. I microwave is available too. Rooms were clean and the air conditioning is independent, meaning you control the temperature in each room. Some hotels have a central system that they do not turn on until it gets hot or cold.

It was great when you come back from shopping or sightseeing they have soft drink( cola,coffee,tea) waiting for you.

The hotel was convenient - close to train station. Breakfast was good.

The room is real small but the bed is comfortable. The breakfast was surprisingly good and the staff was helpful.
