Friendly staff, clean and fragrant rooms. Great location, close to all attractions in district 1, walkable. Breakfast food, although not too diverse, but suitable for the price of the room and all very satisfying. I booked a triple room on the app for 993k / night, much cheaper than booking directly at the hotel (directly at the hotel reported me 1,400k). I will come back when I have a chance and will still choose the app's booking service.

The hotel is easy to find, clean and tidy. Friendly, likable staff. But the day I went, it seemed that the air conditioner was about to run out of gas, 18 degrees, the room was small but not cold at all, sometimes it was still hot :( Breakfast is not very diverse, but still ok.

Room is not like the introduction picture. Book a room with windows, about 30m2 wide and check in about 20m2 without window. Loss, loss of faith.

There were 4 of us occupying 2 rooms while staying at this hotel. The hotel itself looks okay from the outside. However, the rooms given were at the 11th floor, while the only lift reached at the 10th floor. This would have been okay if there weren’t many group bookings, which tend to be doing activities around the same time. Thus during breakfast (on 1st floor )we have to wait a long time for the lift to come down to the breakfast floor. Luckily all of us able to go up and down via the stairs. This inconvenience not as bad as waiting for the lift to checkout with luggage. The rooms are not well maintained. Dust on the shelves, water pressure almost non existent. Breakfast give a choice of Vietnamese and continental breakfast. Food are continuously replenish, which gladdens hungrier members of the group. Overall, the management should consider doing something to improve the water pressure for the showers. The front office staffs are courteous and helpful. General cleanliness of the 11th floor rooms should be improved. Their 3 star hotel ratings I think is not deserved for the services we received.

We stay here for 2 days, the location is near to traditional market and easy to reach. The hotel staff is helpful and polite. Breakfast is simple and delicious.

My room is a family room, quite large, with balcony, very good utilities. Staff are enthusiastic, cute, simple breakfast buffet, right in the center, so convenient to travel.
