Rooms had an odor that indicated the presence of mold in the ac vents. Rooms were dusty. Hand wash soap bottle was filled with water. Overall a terrible experience

It was my life worst experience. Staff are very unprofessional and rude. I wounder how such people could br in the hospitality industry. I had at least 10 Issues in the room which were never addressed. Bad hotel condition.

Checkin and checkout takes very long time, even you inform them earlier. So please prepared for it and plan accordingly. Hotel is clean n neat, but in house kitchen is under renovation.

I had booked 6 rooms in this hotel. The check in time for the hotel was 2 pm but I didnt got my rooms till 4 pm. We just got 1 room before that and according to the staff the room were being prepared after constant reminder and talking on reception we got the rest of the rooms. Eventhough we submitted our IDs they constantly kept asking for IDs and kept bugging us. The staff is very poorly trained and understaffed . I would recommend anyone this hotel. Also they show smoking rooms online but actually they dont have any so please dont fall for that trap. During checkout also they were so confused even the manager was not able to prepare the checkout. After I left the hotel he called that they forgot to charge me for some bill and some amount is pending that i should transfer right away. The staff is really unprofessional. Never expected this from a sarovar property.

I come to this hotel when I come to New Delhi because it is close to where I am usually working. It is comfortable , very friendly and the staff do their best to make it a good stay. The room is well enough appinted everything as needed, comofrtable clean, wifi, tea/coffee etc. I would not recommend to a tourist visiting Delhi from outside as it is not close to transport and is not in area which is that amenable for walking about. It is ideal for a business traveller which I think is the core business.

everytime u want to bath, u need to call reception to on the boiler n wait 15 minutes. no clean towels provided. wifi disconnects every 5 mins. Call reception n take new password every 5 mins. Food too disappointing. House keeping staff very bad. Never staying here again.

It was a mixed experience staying at this hotel. To start on a positive note, the air conditioning worked fine and the madras was comfortable. The staff in the breakfast area was helpful and the food tasted good. However the room is a bit outdated and worn down. There were stuff that was missing or didn't work in the room. Many times we experienced that if we contacted the front desk for stuff we needed, nothing happened and only if we showed up and stayed by the front desk things could be solved. Everyday there is a mass in the lobby, which for us, was very disturbing. We will not recommend people to stay at this hotel. Spend a little extra and find somewhere where you can actually relax and don't feel like you work at the hotel.
