Efficient check-in on line in advance and on site on our arrival. The property was clean and spacious and located in a lovely residential part of the city. The room was quiet. Recommended.

Staff very friendly and helpful, but heater wasn’t working and the outlets were all loose so charging any was difficult. Great location.

Initially upon checking in there was good communication about which room we were in and how to get in with the QR codes. After that communication ended. I tried emailing and calling the numbers I had with no response. We also tried using the hot tub on the top floor but doors were locked, we couldn’t find a way to request access for anything upstairs. The room was decent but nothing special. We were really hoping to get late check out or even just leave our bags with a front desk but because there was never anyone at the front desk or that returned my messages - we ended up having to pay for storage at a facility for part of the day. I think this is more of an apartment building than a hotel at this point. The area outside of here was ok and walkable but I’d prob stay somewhere else if I visited again.

Great place in a great location across from a little park with many stores, cafes and restaurants around. A block off of busy Santa Fe avenue but no noise whatsoever.

Executive Studo was everything I wanted/needed - extremely spacious with very comfortable king sized bed, luxurious bathroom and lovely view of the park.

Flaat Ricoleta is located across the street from a charming park in the heart of the Ricoleta district. This is an upscale neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and trees. A perfect location. The flats are newly remodeled in an older building in which the front facade has been retained. The flats are sufficiently spacious for one person. It would be tight for two. Unfortunately, the flat has extremely cheap, even cheesy, furniture and dishes, silverware, glasses, etc. There are only two of everything, and they are of the cheapest possible design and construction/fabrication. They do essentially nothing to make the guests feel at home. For example, even the salt and pepper shakers were empty. The table and all chairs were very uncomfortable. The bed was fine. There are insufficient drawers and essentially no closets. The employees are very helpful and spoke some English.

It was good and very cost-effective. It's located in a good neighborhood and not far from Centro. If I visit again BsAs, I am sure I will stay here again.

Great location in an excellent area in Buenos Aires. The roof top pool is a nice feature.

The place is nice but they offer limited service

The place is advertised as an hotel but in fact it is an Airbn. They make you sign a rental contract at your arrival. No service whatsoever, only a weekly cleaning AC was down for our entire stay and nothing was done to repair it in spite of our multiple requests Water boiler had a leak and a bucket under it, nobody tells you to empty the bucket daily or otherwise you have water all over the floor

Location was very convenient for me, close to many restaurants

Loved the location. Loved the price. However, what made it inexpensive was the a la carte room service. I was more than happy to save tge price and forgo the fresh towels and sheets every day.

AC unit for the room was too small to properly heat and cool it. Was hot during the day and cold at night. There was a cockroach infestation in the kitchen on our suite, was saw the cockroaches come out in search of food. We were on the ground floor.

I had a room at the ground level, between the elevators. There was constant noise both from the functioning of the elevators and from the people coming in and out of them.

The best place I stayed on this trip. Just excellent. Both ladies at reception were delightful & very helpful. Totally pleasant. I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. Super efficient, clean, quiet.
