The room are warm enough. The toilet and bathroom are small but clean. They provide towel, extra pillow, extra blanket, and sandals. If you have ski tools, the provide dry room at the first floor, it's very spacious. They also provide 1 refridgerator for all customer, you're lucky if it's empty. They can explain you very well in english about bus and skiing in Hakuba Happo One or Hakuba 47.
