The floor in our room was pretty dirty and appearred unswept or vacuumed. The dirt was really accumulated in all the corners. Also the area around the toilet was not cleaned. There was pee on the base of the toilet. The comforter on the bed smelled like soured laundry.

The staff was great at check-in, breakfast and checkout. Our room was clean and the hotel is central to medical offices, shopping and the univer.

I've never had staff making waffles and gossiping in the breakfast area while at a hotel. When checking in staff asked for my ID, and did not look up for five minutes or more while I was standing there waiting for her to grab it. She was busy answering her phone text messages. Over all cleaniness wasn't great, beds were comfortable, food was not great.

Clean, quiet and well-kept. It was priced very reasonably, as well.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was very accomodating. They serve breakfast until 10:00 and actually keep it replenished until then.

Ice machine was out on multiple floors. Not very many TV channels, no towel racks in bathroom. Just seems like it's went downhill since I was last there. Seems like this is the norm everywhere nowadays.

The front desk clerk had ear buds in and kept asking me to repeat myself because he couldn’t hear.

We enjoyed a comfortable stay at the hotel. It was very convenient to Texas Tech campus. I would stay here again if the need arises. One complaint is the toliet is low and bed is high!

The staff was nice. The breakfast was good. The room was so, so on cleanliness. The room was damp, and I think there was a blood stain on the wall.

Everything was so clean and good but DO NOT DRINK THE APPLEJUICE FOR BREAKFAST ALL THREE OF MY KIDS GOT SEVERELY SICK FROM IT
