I stayed in the Lavender room and i think it was newly renovated because it look different from the other room my family was staying at. Had a bit problem with hot shower on the day we arrived byt the staff quickly took care of it. Smooth check in and check out process. Definitely recommend this villa especially if you stay with big family

Second time staying here.. Really comfortable

The place is nice, like a Balinese hotel. It's very clean. The staff are very friendly. It's comfortable. There's a swimming pool and a children's playground.

Large rooms, comfortable atmosphere for resting, there is a gallon dispenser, close to campus so there are many affordable food choices. The only drawback is that there is no canopy for motorbike parking if it gets wet in the rain

Comfortable but unfortunately for me it's too much effort to walk from the hotel to the main road but for a staycation it's really cozy

We only stayed for one night, so we didn't have time to explore the hotel. But that's okay...we had a comfortable rest.

The atmosphere is nice, but the room's AC needs maintenance. It's not cold and it's noisy. But other than that, it's good.

Thank God, very satisfying. The staff were friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was very quick, even though it was only 1 p.m., but we were allowed to come in. The cleanliness of the room and the environment was maintained, and the atmosphere was beautiful and pleasant. The kids even asked to come back. Thank you for the service, keep it up!

Pros: Spacious rooms, spacious hotel grounds, beautiful and cool surroundings, clean, homey feel, friendly and responsive staff, quiet and peaceful atmosphere, swimming pool, and cafe. Cons: No elevator, no in-room telephone to contact reception, so you have to climb the stairs from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor to get GoFood. The AC was problematic, but the staff quickly replaced our room. Overall, this is a good hotel at an affordable price.

If you're in Bandung, you should definitely stay here. It's perfect for a family.

The atmosphere is quiet, a bit far from the highway, the restaurant is delicious and perfect for relaxing.

The hotel is good for business travels but not for family. we arrived and they gave us dirty rooms, didn't check if all was working like warm water etc . At night we came home and gas was habis . so we had to wait until we had warm water.. floor wasn't cleaned, dirty sheets. we had 2 rooms. . in the other room also dirty sheets and ants everywhere.. I will never book here again.

The facilities are okay. The service is very good.
