Great location Friendly staff amazing food

Dirty beds and bathroom, toilet is broken and no hot water after 11 PM

Spacious room, clean, it was good for us for a couple of nights.

My wife and I were traveling Europe for our honeymoon and this is one place we decided to stay. We were led to believe the hotel had laundry and was close to lots of places to eat but this was incorrect, all the restaurants close by were all shut down permanently as far as I can tell and the only laundry service was almost 15 euros each to wash and dry which is maybe normal but when we’re let to believe the hotel had this service it’s something we did not budget for. As for the room the floors were dirty with broken tiles that moved when stepped on, the shower head holder was broken(not a big deal but annoying) and there was only one towel between us which is not super fun when you have been traveling all night and sweating all day and all you want to do is shower before bed, I asked for more towels but apparently that was the last one and we just had to deal with it(not a big deal I know but it seemed like things kept getting added to the pile, although he couldn’t help us with most of the issues the man at the front desk front desk was friendly and he tried to help us so I have to give credit where credit is due. All in all the photos look much nicer than the place and they are not accurate at least in the room we stayed in and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Very strong Smoking smell on the room and bathroom even though we don’t smoke. Struggled to sleep at night due to that smell. As we had a pram. Staff was very helpful to take the pram upstairs to the room. However, if there was big it would have been very helpful.

I booked 2 nights at hotel. 1st night okay 2nd day went back to hotel to find it had been closed by Court Order due to fire regulations The Local Police and Fire Brigade enforcement Officers were in attendance

I didn’t stayed in that hotel because they decided go cancel my reservation. Please if you have charged me I need my money back because I left. The owner cancel my reservation because I arrived at 12 midnight, this is the first time this happens to me and I’ve been using expedia for 16 years

Very arrogant staff and not gentle to welcome us. My wife booked in this hotel real because they confirmed and given the confirmation number. We went in that hotel to rest for nothing and more than 5 kms away we take the bus from center, and only they said we have no room for that price I booked and they cancelled, because they said the price of their hotel is up, less than €200 then we leaved! After then one staff try to turn back us in hotel but were upset and angry for there arrogant treating us.

Very Clean, comfortable, and 24/7 restaurant at one side. The hotel was better than expected. Great price/quality

Firstly they double charged me pretending they could not find my reservation. Then they were rude and unprofessional. The room was dirty, not seat in the toilet, no A/C nothing at all. Terrible experience i wish you would drop this location. Never again for me.

Worse place I stayed in Italy. The reception guy Laughed of my face many times when I was talking about the problems. Disgusting!

Looking for a place to park our rental car and be close to light rail in to town this seemed to fit the bill and at a great price. Once my wife read some reviews she asked me to stay elsewhere, figured lets give it a shot... she was right! Except for the price and a friendly manager nothing good to say about this place. If you still feel like trying it would recommend reserving one night, whats the worst that can happen?

Extremely noisy guests in the next room, shouting, slamming doors constantly till 11.45pm. I complained to staff but they didn't care.

Hotel.com neglected to inform us that this hotel was closed!! We were stranded, as we had difficulties finding another hotel, and at the same time, had to return a Rental car. So stressful, and we are still trying to recover the hotel charge, that was paid in February. Hotel.com does not acknowledge our predicament at all. Will never use this service again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Booked the hotel REAL, when we arrived there the hotel was shut and no information. Asked around I found that the hotel was shut month before. No information to us .Than we start running around in the taxi to find an other hotel.With lot of time and hassle we found one .Where as we end up paying high price to the new hotel and taxi bill was similar to hotel price. Its shame really that we suffer all this because of hotel management and cost me extra 150 Euros. Evan I have paid all before hand at the time of booking.

The staff was friendly and helpful, checkin was fine. Don't ask for directions if you need specifics, we got vague abd hoped for the best. No air conditioning, not updated, pillows were basically as thick as a piece of cardboard. The bathroom was dirty, and hairdryer was probably 50+ years old. The elevator was barely big enough for a suitcase and a person.

Everything was ok, my only problem was that the curtains are almost transparent!

I feel like I can't really complain about this hotel for the price. The location is convenient - it's a 7 minute walk to the tram that is one stop from the airport, so it's super convenient. That walk is through a bit of a sketchy part of town though, and it's a rough walk with luggage. But that same tram takes you directly downtown in 20 minutes, so that's a huge plus. That being said, the hotel is run-down and doesn't feel very safe. The front desk staff were friendly, the room was clean enough, but it is bare-bones when it comes to amenities. The shower would not drain and we couldn't leave the water on long enough for it to get warm and not fill up the shower stall. There are no shelves to set your stuff on in the bathroom or hooks to hang towels. There is no phone in the room and the internet was very slow. The walls are thin and there were some interesting characters in the hotel hallway. But it was a GREAT deal for us since we had an early flight out the next day and only really needed a bed to sleep in. We spent most of our money at a nicer hotel earlier in our trip. Bottom line - if you are a seasoned traveler who is used to spartan hotel conditions and are looking to save money, this place is ok. I'd compare it to a hostel. Anything beyond that, and you will be VERY unhappy with this hotel!

About a 10 minute walk from the airport but a good map is needed. Early morning checkout was easy. Good restaurant in the hotel.
