L’accueil était bien. La décoration est belle. Le lit était trop petit et trop mou ce qui m’a empêché de passer une belle nuit de sommeil. Beaucoup de bruits dans les corridors. Chambre 101 prêt de l’accueil. L’hôtel est très bien situé près de tout. Beaux produits offerts pour se laver. 2 bouteilles d’eau, 2 boissons gazeuses et 2 biscuits Oreo offerts gratuitement comme collation.

Natalia was very attentive to all my requests and warm, welcoming and friendly. The setting is very pleasant. A lobby that is comfy and a nice outdoor patio. My room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and the shower was spacious with excellent water pressure. The hairdryer worked well and I was pleased to have a quiet room looking out onto the adjacent hotel along a pedestrian walkway. I’ve stayed a few times and I will stay there this month too. Location is ideal. Close proximity to ocean and the restaurants and shopping.

Check in was easy but had to pay an unexpected additional resort fee per person per night plus deposit. We had to change our own sheets because we found hair on three different rooms (beds) we tried. It's not worth the price but I guess you're paying for location.

This hotel is awesome- right off the beach on Collins Street- just steps from amazing food on Espanola Way- this is Miami Beach!!!

Very pleasant and efficient. Front desk was helpful and attentive. We needed an additional night and he was so nice as into helping us out and allowing us to keep same room. Room was clean and comfortable. A feeling of being right at home ! Loved it

The hotel was in a great location. Parking for $43/day plus the resort fee makes the price really add up fast. Staff were nice. But the walls must be paper thin. You could literally hear the showers turning on and off in nearby rooms. Could clearly hear people’s conversations through the walls. The “soundproof walls” is false advertisement.

Everyone is extremely nice. They allowed me to check in early. The rooms are clean but not sure of the vibe trying to give off. The beds are immaculate but everything else around that looks suspicious. There are stains on the walls and what looks to be mold on some places. There are some sugar ants ( to be expected in Florida). It’s a great hotel but if they can clean up the aesthetic of the room, I would’ve gave 5 starts.

All right, just noisy

The hotel for the most part was clean and the staff were friendly. The drawback? There is no sound proffing at all, you hear everything. The MAIN draw back....the air conditioning does not work. Its sweltering in the room with no way open a window. The thermastat on the wall doesnt work. Looking at other reviews folks in other rooms had the same issue. It made for a very hot restless night. Its by the ocean and truly convenient. Another draw back is they have no place to store luggage for clients except in the small lobby. Very cluttered. If thr AC worked Id give them 5 stars.

No extra pillows or extra hand towels. Staff likely spread too thin. Location is good and hotel is in a good condition.

The hotel is very well situated. The rooms are of good size. It is reasonably clean. I believe the staff is put in very difficult situations because of management. I had elderly family member that needed two extra hand towels, and two extra pillows, which the reception could not provide because they didn’t have extras.

No VIP access benefit. Bathroom was dirty and shower drain didn’t work properly.

Very nice hotel a block off the beach in an art deco type building.front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.Cozy comfortable lobby lobby with a small outside patio at the front of the hotel. Very clean room , spacious bathroom and considerate staff maintaining the floors, in that they were pretty quiet for those that were sleeping in. This was very much appreciated. No restaurant at the hotel but not necessary considering how many options are very close by.
