The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, but the food is not very varied

best place and good to stay in here!

We stayed here for two nights and immediately wished we had booked a longer stay! Our experience at this hotel on Gili T was nothing short of exceptional. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, and every meal was a treat. This is truly the best spot on the island to enjoy a breathtaking sunset, with the silhouette of Mount Agung adding to the magical view. The property features both a beach and a pool area, complete with a bar, where we spent countless hours relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay and can't wait to return next year!

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel is clean and comfortable, the front of the hotel is directly on the beach so it is very pleasant.

My first experience staying in Gili Trawangan and staying at Ombak Sunset, the place is quiet and very suitable for me who needs a vacation but doesn't like crowds 😅 Overall, I am very satisfied with the place and the super friendly service 😍.

We had an absolutely beautiful honeymoon in Gili T island. The hotel room was lovely with an outdoor shower. The pool was clean and large! There are bikes for renting with affordable price, breakfast was good too but not much variety compared to other bigger hotels. All staff service are welcoming.

Overall, it was great, but sadly, the next morning when I asked for a refill of soap, they did not provide a new one.

I love the room is huge, the food if you order from room service also taste good, everything in the villa is perfect except the location so far away from the center, I rent bikes with my family and our ass hurting cause we have to bike so far, if we use delman or horsies also will spend much money, go and come back will spend 300k rupiah, so I think I take the hotel near the center much better. But overall the hotel itself is good.

Don't get me wrong. The hotel is perfect. We do not have any complaint. But, for you who are traveling with family, please reconsider the location. It is the opposite to the harbour and ' city ' center of Gili Trawangan. Access to get there is limited to Cidomo (which is not inexpensive) and biking (quite tiring if you are comuting 3 km round trip at least twice a day). My appreciation to the hotel ' s friendly staff.

Nice 2 bedroom villa. Rooms are nice and clean.

Nice room at a very cheap price. We ordered 2 regular rooms without knowing that we got 1 2 bedroom villa with a private pool and dining room and an additional refrigerator. What a pleasant surprise. Can chat with family. Rooms are nice and clean. The atmosphere of the hotel is really calm. Even though the electricity went out several times at night, but when I was about to sleep, the electricity returned to normal. Our advice is that coffee, tea and sugar should be provided like hotels in general. Because the staff said they had to do it by request, but even after the request it didn't come. Lack of staff seems to be an obstacle there in handling guests.

As expected. Clean rooms, friendly service. Because the swimming pool was not ready, we were given the privilege to upgrade the room type.

Very grateful to be able to get a free room upgrade to a private pool villa and the staff is very friendly, Mr. Iqbal who is always standing by to help our needs. The hotel is also clean, and quiet nice. But it's a pity because of a pandemic like this the hotel is so quiet who book the room. Hopefully it can be crowded again.

Very suitable for honeymoon / family. Mas Iqbal (the hotel guard) is friendly, assisted from check in to check out. You can ask to buy satay which is really delicious on the Gilis. Even when my husband's bicycle leaked, it was replaced with the hotel's first bike. The place is a bit far, from the port to the hotel you can ride a bicycle / carriage. The hotel does not provide shuttle. The rooms are nice, super clean and very comfortable. The atmosphere is cool because when I was there it was very quiet. The room facilities are very complete. Anyway worth it
