Room space is adequate. The pillow is very posh. Room amenities were standard. The best about this hotel is its very strategic location. The only thing to improve is its pool areas and facilities.

Sun Island, it’s always our favourite hotel when we come to Kartika Plaza Bali. Staff are really helpful and the rooms always comfortable. Would definitely recommend to our friends and families for these accommodation and always love to go back at Sun Island ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was our second time stay at this hotel. All was good; Just try avoiding a room facing the street as it could be quite noisy at night. Overall, it's a good experience for us. Will probably come back whenever in Bali.
