The hotel staff was very helpful when I made a mistake with my booking dates, but couldn't refund or cancel the transaction through the app. Although the hotel is older, it's still comfortable and strategically located right in front of the mall.

This hotel is centrally located, easy to find. The rooms and hotel area are clean and well maintained. The hot and cold water in the toilets are flowing smoothly. The staff is helpful. The swimming pool should be checked frequently, if possible. God willing, I'll be back again. 😇

The location is great, just across the street from the mall. It's also close to popular food. The swimming pool is clean, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the AC is cool. The children's playground needs to be improved; it's super dirty, and the room smells like something. And, unfortunately, some of the staff smoke, so the outside of the room smells really bad.

Comfortable hotel, choose a Grand Deluxe room. Unfortunately, room 407 had no hot water for shower. My fault, I didn't inform you from the start of my stay. Unfortunately, there was a food bazaar in front of Grage Mall, and the music was loud until past midnight. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.

The hotel is old so the atmosphere is a bit scary, the AC is noisy, and it's even a bit broken, there's no flipper.

The card room is not responsive so it hinders entry to the room, the information to CS is not responsive, instead they ask you to wait for the cleaning service even though they don't show up. The room is spacious, clean, the location with Grage Mall is very good and strategic. The AC is not cold enough, maybe because it's dirty. Please fix the minuses.
