Almost all of it is good, the staff are all friendly, but for breakfast the food variety is limited, then at 9 am the food stock has not been refilled, we have to ask first before it is refilled, then some of the food has run out even though it is still morning

The atmosphere is very noisy during the day because it is close to the illegal mining area, the sea water becomes murky. The hotel staff are not friendly, no smiles and indifferent. Groups playing games without paying attention to guests. There is a condom wrapper under the bed. Stayed on May 17-18, 2025.

We stayed in a Deluxe Room, the front has direct access to the swimming pool, lush trees, birds chirping, fresh air, very suitable for family vacations or healing.

Quiet atmosphere, close to the beach, clean room, complete game facilities. Recommended for parents, children, and adults.

My favorite hotel when I go to Bangka. Comfortable. Friendly staff. Clean. But why were there so many mosquitoes yesterday? Before. It was safe.

The staff is very nice. Informed whether to reschedule because at the same time there was an event of other guests that was quite noisy. So offered whether to reschedule because it might disturb comfort. Luckily the intention was to staycation, so it was okay to postpone. The hotel is near the beach, the atmosphere is beautiful and comfortable. There is a swimming pool
