Affordable price, really good quality, especially with family, it will definitely be more fun.

I got a price of 470,000 per night but the hotel access was far uphill from the highway, and it turned out that there was no AC in the hotel room even though the air was cold, there was no refrigerator, no water heater, and the wifi had no signal, the TV didn't connect so I couldn't watch TV, and the cellphone data signal was also intermittent.

Very comfortable to spend the weekend with family, the cool and cold mountain atmosphere makes resting more comfortable. Easy road access, facilities to disable also deserve thumbs up. Hotel service is also very good. The restaurant because of the pandemic is still closed but you don't have to worry about the staff ready to help provide food. Overall deserved and recommended to spend a long weekend holiday.

The view is good, only the service is lacking, the employees are all jutek, all are not friendly, just entered the hotel, the floor is still very wet, then the pillow has strange dust, it smells like dust, hm, so I thought I was only given perfume, haha. This is the first time I went to the hotel, I wasn't given a toothbrush and it wasn't far away It's really confusing from the place where I want to buy food, because if you want to spend the night it's a bit scary. The place is a suggestion for visitors, if you want it, you should buy food first for stock so you don't get tired of it.

The reception was not friendly, I asked Tjokro 5 Where is the place, he answered very curtly. And what's worse, when I arrived at Tjokro 5, there was no one, I tried to call the reception, but they didn't pick up, even though that day there were not many guests. Where the lights around have not turned on, I happened to bring the baby too. I was confused, want to go down again or what. And finally, after a long wait for about 20 minutes, then the gentlemen with motorbikes came over to us, and the look on his face was very uncomfortable. It is a pity that the villa / hotel in Tjokro's class has very poor service. I'm booking on January 18, 2022 And I check in at around 16:30 And I check out on the same date And the same day around 22:30 (because I'm in a rush BT) I book 2 rooms (307 and 308)

Never book a hotel here a scammer, the worst hotel ever and I know.

The view is good, the only minus is the water is not given.

there is no hot water but the description includes hot water, there are car washers without guest permission and forced to pay, the road to the hotel is very far from the main road and road conditions are not good, not recommended at all!

the place is nice ... cool cool ... it has only been 3 days staying .... no water heater is running ... already reported ... still no heat ...

The place is really cool. The hotel is literally on the hill, the rooms are clean and quiet, the pool is very clean and big!

Initially I panicked because the car was not strong enough to climb when heading to Tjokro 5..forced to get off all the new passengers, the car was able to get on. But as soon as you entered the room .. masyaallah was amazing, the view (see pic) .. just minus the toilet. the water is really small, the hot water doesn & apos; t work, in the morning the water is totally dead, the shower is leaking, the mat is wet. the point is minus only in the toilet .. the rest is okay, the staff are all friendly, until it is 10 am already allowed to enter the room 😀, check out hours 12.30pm. I'm happy..will come back again, God willing, with my big family..the view is the champion
