Very clean room and quite good for the price. wasn't able to actually stay the night but I can tell its worth the praise. Also very near ayala compound

The keycard provided for me wasn't the one used to actually open pr lock the door, I still need to wait for someone who has the keycard to open and lock the door. The only power outlet is loose you need to insert the cable wire so that whatever your plugging in will not fall off. Other than that, everything was ok.

there was an unscheduled water interruption the whole night and the management had done nothing for the guests

It was okay, the staff are nice and it is indeed a budget hotel. I stayed there about 5 nights and I can’t complain anything.

Poor service. No water supply. Room was okay and clean.

The water pressure in the shower was weak. The heater didn't work. Bathroom fixtures were cheap-looking. There were ants crawling in the sink. The toilet seat cover had to be held to keep it from hitting my back. Bedroom light could be brighter.

Stay was okay but food and drinks from outside is not allowed including water.

The comfort room smelled so bad and the trash can was full when we first entered the room. I'm never coming back.

Ayala mall is just right across. I even extended for another day of stay. Small room but has everything i needed.

The hotel has a great location as it is near to almost anything that I needed. Take for instance, if I need to eat too early in the morning there's a 7Eleven convenient store nearby or if I want to go shopping, Ayala Mall is just a walk away from the place.

The room is so small. I can hear the noise of people passing by my room.

good service. though the cable tv kept on hanging up and the wifi had no internet connection. overall it's ok for travelers

I already expected the place to be small hence the price but I wasn't expecting it to not have even a small cabinet inside the room for my things. I was out for a business trip and I had papers to work on but it was confidential for me to work on the lounge as the receptionist suggested I do. No power outlets inside the room (which I did not expect at all), the light was dim, perfect only for couples on a getaway. I do not recommend this hotel for a business trip but you might enjoy it if you're backpacking or out for a short stay. Rooms are clean, beds are okay.

Perfect for solo trip/backpacking. Will Definitely stay here again.

Easy and fast check-in and check-out! Very walking distance from Ayala Malls - all the staff were very accomodating and allowed us to keep our lugagge until 5pm when we checked out at 1pm.

The staff is great, location is nice, room is clean!

The rooms are not clean. Noise outside can be easily heard inside the room. If not for the location, I recommend booking to other hotels.

I wish they can offer food in their hotel.

1. no table inside the room, our bags were scattered on the floor. 2. The room was very small 3. no bidet 4. no dental kit 5. the walls and floors were made of wood 6. There was only 1 bath towel inside the room which is not as white as it was supposed to be
