It's worth the cheap price and it's comfortable even though it's in an alley, but the hotel is close to the HKBP Church and the Bali Nusa Dua toll road.

There was not even one staff member who was on call and didn't pick up. The service was very bad. They said they would wait until 8 o'clock but they didn't come and there was no response from the staff.

overall I am impressed. the price is okay. but there are 2 minus points: - MEAL: no breakfast. not according to the information on the voucher. I mean, if you don't get breakfast, just say at the beginning of the booking that this is room only. - CLEANLINESS: not about the environment, toilet, and room. but about the drinking water heater. I found the drinking water heater was not working (the cable was missing) and there were many maggots in the container.

There is only 1 staff, but they are very friendly

Quite satisfying, the staff is also friendly, but they don't pay much attention to the message because we came early in the morning (according to the transportation schedule) and we already made a note but there was no one guarding it. But overall it's okay, the room is spacious and clean. If possible, add more variety to the breakfast (we happened to request vegetarian), although it's only fried rice, maybe the plating could be added with cucumber & tomato or pickles or crackers, not just plain fried rice with egg on top and sliced chili + sweet soy sauce.

Came at evening and staff wasn't around. The light bulb was spoiled at the room and we were waiting for them to fix it. We wanted to add extra bed and once it came, it looked like we are in military service. A folded bed that we can feel the steel, such a bad service and facility!

MAP does not match the location. When we arrived at the hotel, there was no receptionist. The room was dirty and smelly.

Stay for 2 hours, but nice hotel.

There are no welcome drinks even though you rent for 3 nights. Not even buying coffee.

The place is comfortable, the television in the room is broken. There is no entertainment.

Sangat mengecewakan, isi kamar rapi tapi keadaan sangat kotor, tempat tidur banyak semut merah kecil-kecil, barusan cek in langsung cek out karena emang banyak semut. Niatnya mau istirahat dan liburan 2 hari di the rani itu. Tapi sangat mengecewakan. Pengembalian biaya juga ngga bisa. Benar-benar ngga sesuai foto.

Kamarnya luas dan sangat bersih. Ada kolamnya juga. Breakfast nya walaupun nasi goreng dan mie goreng tapi termasuk enak.

Staff ramah, service oke, hanya penerangan dalam kamar sedikit kurang.

Not recomended, far far way from attraction.

Oke, tempatnya cukup ok dengan harganya. Kasur sangat enak. Kamar mandinya lebih bersih saja. Yang lain-lain oke, good.

Pengen banget kasih bintang 5, tapi tidak mungkin karena: 1. Pegawai yang siapkan breakfast baru bangun jam 8 pagi. 2. Meja dan kursi untuk makan kotor banget. 3. Ada botol beer di area kolam renang yang tergeletak begitu saja. 4. Tidak ada kopi & teh di dalam kamar. 5. Naik-turun tempat tidur kok sudah sangat berisik, jadi takut ambruk.
