การเข้าพักในโอกาสพิเศษของครอบครัวรู้สึกประทับใจในการให้บริการของทุกส่วนงาน และต้องขอขอบคุณที่โรงแรมอัพเกรดห้องพักให้ อันนี้ประทับใจแบบสุดๆ ยกเว้นพนักงานรูฟทอปบาร์รอบค่ำวันที่เข้าพัก ก่อนอื่นต้องขอกล่าวถึงในส่วนที่ต้องชื่นชมคือพนักงานหน้าฟร้อนที่ให้บริการได้อย่างน่าประทับใจและจริงใจกับลูกค้า พี่ๆเบลล์แมนและสตาฟทุกคนยิ้มแย้มเป็นกันเอง ทักทายตลอดเวลาที่เจอ และพร้อมให้บริการด้วยความเต็มใจในทุกสถานการณ์ ห้องอาหารมีอาหารและเครื่องดื่มให้เลือกอย่างหลากหลาย รูฟทอปสวยสระว่ายน้ำไม่เล็กไม่ใหญ่ เหมาะสำหรับการว่ายน้ำผ่อนคลายและถ่ายรูป ในส่วนที่ไม่อยากจะเอ่ยถึงเลยแต่ต้องขอพูดเพราะรู้แย่ที่สุดในการมาพักครั้งนี้คือการให้บริการที่ไม่เท่าเทียมกับลูกค้าคนไทยและต่างชาติของพนักงานรูฟมอปบาร์ มีการกันส่วนของโต๊ะทีนั่ง และการไม่ให้ความสะดวกในการใช้บริการ ทั้งนี้ได้แจ้งกับทางโรงแรมถึงประสบการณ์ที่ไม่น่าประทับใจนี้แล้ว ส่วนตัวคิดว่าการมาพักก็น่าจะแค่มาพักแต่ไม่แนะนำในการรับประทานอาหารและเครื่องดืมภาคค่ำในโรงแรมแห่งนี้ หากมีการปรับปรุงในเรื่องของการบริการน่าจะสร้างบรรยากาศภาพรวมที่ดีกว่านี้

Stay with your children There was water leaking in the air conditioner all night, loud and wet, the room was very humid.

Good room, good atmosphere. The only disadvantage when entering the receptionist men like they don't want to serve much. Maybe because there may be a personality like this or not, I'm not sure. but overall ok Definitely go back and stay again.

The staff takes good care, booked 3 rooms, upgraded to 2 sea view rooms, considered very worthwhile. But the restaurant is small and a bit narrow. When there are many guests, the staff does not take care of them thoroughly. Food containers, water glasses are not clean, water glasses have stains. It's like it's not clean. But overall, location, price, convenience are worth it.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. There was nothing to complain about at all. The location is top, you can walk to the beach to get some nice street food and chill. Beautyful breakfast restaurant with direct view to the beach. The breakfast was delicious and well selected. Very friendly and service minded personel.
