1. Our room is cleaned daily. If you are not satisfied, please contact the reception for the fastest support. From the time you checked in until you checked out, the reception did not receive any feedback from you, so we sincerely apologize for not being able to support you promptly.
2. The hotel uses a single hot water system for the entire building; and during your stay, the hotel guarantees that there was no damage as you reported.
3. In Da Lat, most small and medium-sized hotels are not equipped with air conditioning, and Vuong Gia is no exception.
4. At the hotel, only Deluxe rooms are equipped with a mini fridge (you can refer to the description on the Traveloka booking application). In case you need to store your belongings, we will support you in storing them in the refrigerator at the reception desk.
5. The hotel's parking route is divided into even/odd days; therefore, the night receptionist will have to contact the guests to bother them to move their cars to avoid the case of guests forgetting; accidentally making you uncomfortable. Therefore, the hotel hopes that you will sympathize with this case.
