Inconsistent service, 2 years ago staying here, the room could accommodate 3 people (mother, sister, grandmother), was it because my uncle used to accompany me, so I didn't dare to reprimand him? Now just because my mother, sister and grandmother were staying there, only the three of us were asked to add an extra bed, the reason was because it was a shame for the 2 mattresses to be used by three of us, if it was a shame they should have been asked first, if the visitors weren't a problem why should there be a problem. I have also explained the condition of my sister who has special needs and my grandmother who is so old that 1 room has to be occupied by 3 people, but there is still no understanding, instead looking for defense because 2 twin beds are combined into 1. The experience of staying at a hotel so far has not I've never had anything like this before, very disappointing, next time I go to Bima I won't want to stay here again! It seems like the hotel management is not good, I read several people's comments and they didn't respond positively. It is not surprising that more and more comments written by visitors give unfavorable ratings. Maybe it's because there are fewer visitors, so there's an opportunity to force other visitors to add extra beds? Too bad.
