stay is good, a frequent to this hotel, theyve been having a renovation and policy change, the check in process more seamless now, using gadget 👍

The air conditioner is not cold they didn't come to service.

I am very upset with the buffet breakfast F&B Supervisor. I paid for buffet breakfast for 2 adults for 2 nights. However since I was not feeling well I did not use my buffet breakfast. Only my wife and 2 year old toddler (which was under kids stay free). My wife requested to have a cup of coffee to take away after her breakfast for me who was un-well and the F&B Supervisor made such a fuss about it saying it was their policy that food must be consumed at the buffet area only. There was no consideration given that I did not utilise my buffet breakfast and that I was unwell and just wanted a cup of caffe latte. This shows a major lack of empathy from the staff and reflects badly on this Hotel's management. if you are picky about a cup of coffee might as well close-down the hotel. It was such a cheapskate gesture for a guest staying on the executive floor. Plus the executive lounge was also not open.

Water pressure is low, and hot/cold water for shower is not consistent.

Rooms should be checked frequently for maintenance. Rooms carpet should be vacummed frequently.

Nice hotel for my family and will come again if Traveloka give special price. The hotel need look into food price, buffet breakfast price is too high.

Staff was friendly but waiting too long for dinner food. The food was cold and I order salted egg fries. In the menu picture, show dry fries with salted egg coated yet coming the food like fries in salted egg gravy. Paid more around 200 for dinner. Breakfast ws OK but less variety.

I saw this wire is exposed and I try to hide it for safety reasons to avoid my children playing with it. When I touch it it causes a short circuit and the room trip. I need to go to the helpdesk 1 floor and report about it. Please please please be alert especially with electrical. Please put extra safety on it

The hotel very good to stay for short stay because I only come here for healing with my son and we so happy even only me and my son ❤ Everything I fell safe and very worth with the breakfast cause so much food and the taste consider delicious ya recommended hotel in PJ.

This is the first time I had to pay for parking after been staying here for some time. Check in is ready slow, not all the counters were open. Barth towels and face towels were old and torn. We paid RM200 plus to get this lousy serving.

Everything was good, Big room got space, Breakfast was nice with the pay reasonable.

During registration time, that's only one staff at the reception, at the same time he need to answer phone call for enquiry. Even guard also asking why only one staff on duty

The hotel's strategic location, close to the MRT-Phileo Damansara, makes it easy to access around KL city. One Utama Shopping Center is only 2 stations away. The Eastin Hotel is surrounded by office buildings, there are several restaurants, pubs that sell breakfast, lunch and dinner, so it's not difficult to find other food apart from food in the restaurant in the hotel. Because it is an office area, there are several restaurants that close after office hours are over. Breakfast at Eastin Hotel, has some nice variety of choices. Spacious room, clean bathroom, wide window equipped with curtains and blinds that block light to make sleeping soundly.

First set foot last year and this time it's back here. All are still the same service, facilities, cleanliness and others. The best! The restaurant still gives discretion for small children to enter without extra charge. Thank you for everything. 😃

Room was clean & comfortable, location wise it is within walking distance to MRT phileo Damansara-but you will have to navigate around to walk as there 's no clear sign to the hotel. Breakfast spread was quite OK in terms of selection. Average wise-average. Check in process was quite slow, staff not quite helpful. Overall-an average rating. Not bad but with the same price, there 's other hotel which is more worth it.
