The staff is not friendly, makes you feel like you have no money, steals things from the hotel, when you enter the room, the smell hits your nose. Not worthy of 5 stars.

Nice and clean hotel, enthusiastic reception. Everything is rat two long, but I'm on the 30th floor, the network is slow, I can't use 3g.

Phòng sạch và rộng rãi. Lễ Tân hỗ trợ tốt và lịch sự. Ăn sáng bình dân và lặp lại hàng ngày rất nhàm chán, cần thay đổi để bữa ăn sáng ở khách sạn 5 sao tốt hơn đúng nghĩa.

The room is spacious, clean, good. The hotel is located in the city. Near restaurants, hair salons, cafes, walk a bit to a seafood restaurant along the river. There are many beautiful views.

Khách sạn vị trí trung tâm, mọi thứ đều rất mới. Phòng sạch sẽ, bữa sáng ngon miệng. Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình và chuyên nghiệp. Lần sau quay lại Nha Trang nhất định vẫn ở D'Qua Hotel.

I went not in the tourist season, the hotel was quite empty, but the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff enthusiastically supported me to change rooms.

You arrive at the hotel at 17h but have to wait until 18:30 to check in even though you have booked and paid 10 days in advance. The food is pretty bad for a hotel with a 5* rating - the rooms are nice and standard, just need to change the service and the food is perfect for the price.
