Great Breakfast

Very noisy, no extra tissues, 3 towels for 5 people.

Unfortunately the pool was not open and was a large reason I booked there

The toilet was not cleaned. Someone else’s urine was all over the bowl. A razor cover was left in shower. Something strange was tucked into the bed sheets. Surfaces were dusty.

The staff were gracious and helpful. I would come back again if I was in SD again.

Nice facility overall. The tile floor in the kitchenette and bathroom had been treated with wax or sealer, leaving it sticky. It required a towel on the floor to use the bathroom and shower. Not what I’d expect from a deluxe room. My biggest disappointment with Hampton Inns over the past couple of years is the beds. Before retirement, when traveling, I picked Hampton Inn for the bed and selection of pillows. They always had one that was a comfortable firmness. I haven’t had a good one in years. The mattresses have also gone down hill.

All was good except we did not get room service the second day and had to go to the front desk for towels & coffee refills

Hotel appears clean and new but our room was gross. Toe nail clippings on the floor and old blood stained, ripped sheets on the bed. Would not stay here again.

It is a great place and clean. They had a wonderful breakfast. One thing that I would change is the bathroom. The shower we got was not adjustable, difficult to use for a smaller person or children.

We loved the room we had. Clean, spacious and attractive. Would highly recommend!

Clean, new, and convenient, only a few steps from Walmart and many restaurants and shopping mall. Magnificent mountains and wildlife abound near Rapid City

Staff top notch friendly Breakfast buffet very good Property is shared with tru by Hilton Pool with great slide for kids.

As a solo traveler with two dogs it was easy to check in and out. It’s easy to access from the highway and the staff is truly excellent.

Clean room, friendly staff, ok breakfast and convenient location for tour pick up.

First threenights were good. Room was cleaned as we requested.

Check in was easy. Had a wide variety of food for breakfast. Kids loved the slide at the pool!

I stayed for two nights right before Memorial Day, the hotel wasn’t overly busy, and the staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay.
