Friendly, welcoming staff, great location. The rooms are gorgeous and have everything you may need.

A must stay location for anyone. Located inside an actual (former) prison. Views, history and everything you need to have an amazing time away from home.

Charge too much for the parking

Lovely spot. Shower water changed temperature continually throughout shower. Comfy bed.

Have stayed here regularly and always happy to return. Staff are always pleasant and professional. Rooms are immaculately clean, well stocked with tea, coffee, toiletries, etc. Bed and pillows very comfy. Room is quiet and parking secure.

Great place to stay. Amazing intergration of the old prison and the new hotel building. Loved the wine bar!!

During my stay I took a tumble on the street outside the hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful and supportive to me and particularly to my wife during my medical attention at hospital. Nothing was too much trouble. We readily extended our stay and have booked our next visit.

Stayed for one night as had a wedding in city. Lovely hotel, clean and modern room. Weirdly had none of the "standard" hotel amenities in the room: no face cloth, shower cap, spare blanket. Sure I could've asked for them but not really looking for human interaction midnight & tired for bed! Otherwise nice.

Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable small apartment. Despite its gruesome past, I loved the repurposed and preserved old buildings and walls blending with the modern architecture. The view of the cityscape is amazing too.
