Check-in was simple, the room was ok, cleanliness was standard.

This is my second time staying here, and I really like it. It's comfortable and the Wi-Fi is fast. If I go to Bali again, I'll stay here.

Check-in/out time is very easy. Good security. The room is very spacious with a fairly good price. The AC and WIFI are very good. Very comfortable at night to rest. Hopefully in the future it will be maintained in terms of facilities and security.

The place is spacious, with a few dirty spots like the sofa, but it's not too disturbing, and overall it's clean. There's also a refrigerator inside.

I've been here before this stay. We took the deluxe room this time. It's our choice in south kuta since it's hommy & quiet. Feels like you stay at your studio room. It has pantry & balcony. Once I opened the balcony i could see greenery & cows which sun bathing & eating the grass 😄

Around the hotel there is a construction going on and the car parking area is narrow. The bathroom water is always stagnant, no water heater is provided. Book 2 rooms, 1 of which smells of cigarettes, but overall it is good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you. The event is to improve the hotel facilities.

complaint; I booked a room via the Traveloka application, after paying and I went to the hotel to check in, the hotel said the rooms were full and I did not get any certainty at all about refunds or rescheduling.

I did not feel like I stayed in a hotel but in a studio-room apartment. I like it. Staying there for 3 persons in a suite room feels spacious. There are a king bed, dining table, kitchen, fridge, water dispenser, smart TV, dressing mirror, sofa & big wardrobe. Need to add is clothes hanger inside the bathroom and better to provide an electric kettle instead of a water dispenser. Overall was good.

Staff is friendly, water in the sink is small, the tap in the sink is broken, everything else is very satisfying.

Nice room. Good cleanliness. Lack of elevator because access to the upper floor with someone carrying a lot of luggage is a bit complicated. Staff are not operating well in the front office. Maybe for kitchen facilities such as stoves and others if they are rented, they should be written in the marketing section or informed to consumers ... because from the advertisement there is information that there is a kitchen with small stove facilities and others, it turns out that when there the information officer must rent, to avoid public complaints, it is better to inform.
