The toilet is broken, the water is not flowing smoothly, it smells.

Upon arrival, the staff were not on standby and seemed unable to use the application. We waited too long, the floor of the room had not been cleaned. For the rest it was standard.

Good explanation & flexibility from the staff it self.

The water in the bathroom is dead, a little stuffy.
