Great room with large balcony and view. Front desk staff can be more friendly you feel as though you’re bothering them when you walk up to the desk.

Parking was a little crazy but everything was great

We were able to walk to a wonderful eating place across the street from this property. Sharon made amazing crab cakes, and lobster rolls!

Location was wonderful for my needs. I got to see the space center launch.

After having to change our room twice due to a mix up in reservations and the air conditioner not working in the 2nd room the Supervisor on Duty was very accommodating. She took care of myaelf and my fiancée. Even when other family members arrived she did the same.

Staff was friendly Mrs. Vara at the checking counter make me feels like home. Great customer service. Everything was clean and nice, breakfast delicious. Well done 5*

Check in was very easy and the lady at the front desk was so nice and sweet. She definitely made us feel very welcome. The room was very clean, smelled good and everything was updated. Would stay here again.

The suite was ok. Service was ok.

Didn't like that all cups were paper coffee cups. Plastic or glass would be a better choice

3rd time overall staying here pre-cruise and it was as great as always. Clean rooms and a smooth check in even though we checked in around 3am. This is our go-to hotel when sailing out of Port Canaveral and we look forward to our next visit.
