Great little hotel in the heart of the old, walled City. The only suggestion I would make to improve it, would be to say that the rooms need fridges!

Went for wedding with my family of 4 (2 adults and a 17yr and 18yr) ROOM: 11 is located on the second floor (no elevators) the room was so spacious it was prefect two separate rooms/bathrooms and even a small table. One thing is that the bed was KINDA OF hard and the sheets where thin and not big enough for two maybe if they would update to some luxury puffy comforter vs quilt would have made a big differents or even a pillow top. NO MINI refrigerator which sucked since we has no ice and now now where to store our drinks (ice was located 3 floors up which it was 68steps) . The A/C was really cold which we loved. Front desk all were amazing 👏 especially Yetiva best communication before the trip I was able to ask her so many questions about transportation and restaurants, via WHATSAPP. ***THIS HOTEL IS NOT FOR PPL WITH MOBILITY ISSUES***

La Pasión Hotel offers an exceptional experience with amazing service and stunning rooms. The architecture is beautiful, adding to the overall charm. The breakfast included is delicious, making mornings delightful. The linens are luxurious, and the bathroom amenities are top-notch. Highly recommended for a memorable stay!

Wonderful hotel! The staff were lovely. Our only complaint was it was a little loud in the room from all of the street noise (honking mostly), but there’s not much they can do about that—that’s the trade off for having a convenient location. We also recommend that if you are going to a foreign country that YOU LEARN THE LANGUAGE. At least the basics. This area only recently became a popular tourist destination for Americans, so there has not been a reason for the people here to learn English, but it’s not their job to. Very few people here speak English, so don’t come here expecting Cancun because you won’t find it. It is a beautiful country with a beautiful language that is worth exploring if you put in the time to prepare.

The property felt a little dated and in need of a refresh. The staff were wonderful and accommodating. The lack of AC in the common areas and no elevator was a big negative for us.

The bed was very hard, especially if you are a side sleeper, the rooms from the first floors lack of some noise suppression as you can even hear the transactions of the street vendors on the other side of the wall, the stairs to the pool and breakfast area are very narrow, the bedroom door lacks of light, which makes it difficult to use the key at night, the breakfast options are just ok, but the ladies of it, makes it a pleasant time. The hotel also lacks a generator, the city lost power twice on two consecutive days and we had to stay in complete darkness for like 2 or 3 hours which with the city temperatures was not pleasant, there’s only tv’s in the rooms and they are apps driven, so no local channels, the room’s phone is for decoration purposes, we couldn’t contact the front desk nor my friends on other rooms unless I used my personal device, but Tatiana at the reception is great, so thanks to those Ladies I mentioned my stay was good.

This was a beautiful boutique hotel. Our room decor was nice and has a rustic feel. The open air shower was amazing. The pool on the roof top was perfect for a swim to try and beat the heat. Location was everything! Close to anything you may need. So many bars, restaurants, clubs, shops, street food etc. But most of all, the staff were amazing!! I can’t talk enough about how they took care of all our needs, and did it with a warm smile and fun attitude. All the staff we encountered became our friends by the end of the trip. They were the best!

We were upgraded to a bigger Room Which felt like an apartment. The challenge was getting the suitcases up the very thighs stairs but very thankfully the staff help us. The view for the pool is very nice and the breakfast very extensive.

I especially loved the wonderful breakfast on the roof in the morning, surrounded by flowers. I also loved the rooftop pool where you could enjoy views of the city and listen to the birds while cooling off. The building is very handsome and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

For the most part this is a five star hotel. My wife and I got married at the Museo Naval which is close by. She rode with her mother on one of the horse carriges from the front door of the hotel to the ceremony. We stayed in one of the executive suites that were spacious and lavish. Only complaint was breakfast was up on the roof in the hot humidity and we had to keep asking for things. Seemed like everybody was hot and grumpy up there lol

The property is very unique in its style and the rooms are lovely and large but unfortunately they started with construction each morning when we were trying to sleep. For this reason I’m giving a poor review. We did enjoy the rooftop pool though.
