Internet was terrible. Lots of stairs. Bathroom fixtures were loose. Room was nice. No staff after a certain hour. Check in is at 3 pm. Seemed very clean and well located. Bed comfortable.

The hotel staff was great and the view from the room was wonderful. Unfortunately, the quality of the furniture was poor. The staff addressed the shower cold water and replaced the bedroom Tv once they realized the issues. The ceiling fan in the bedroom did not work and it took two days to resolve. It was unfortunate as the cool air from the window AC does not flow well into the bedroom. Coffee table had at least a one inch difference from the end table legs. Part of this issue could be from the warped/grade of the floor. Furniture in the room was set up oddly and you could not see the living room Tv unless you moved the couch. All in all, great staff, excellent views but accommodations could have much better.

The property was gated, the bed was comfortable, free Internet, and it was a walkable distance from the ferry terminal. The room was located below street level and the maintenance closet and did not have an ocean view.

This place is in a perfect location. Around the corner from the main strip but everything is in walking distance. Less than 10 min walk from the Catalina Express

Nice view from our room - looked out over the bay and was very quiet at night/early morning.

We loved our family room setup. It was so nice to have separate spaces AND a separate bathroom for our kids. The bed was very comfortable. In-room Keurig, mini fridge, and microwave were a nice convenience. The Wifi was down for the first 24 hours or so of our stay, but the front desk person was very helpful and got me connected to an alternative network so I could get some work done. We would definitely stay again!

The unit was as pictured, amazing location and clean all around.

We love the place

We had a room that we could hear and see the waves all night. Coming form the Desert, that was a wonderful treat.

The internet was not working and we had to call the emergency number to have them take care of it, never worked. That was crucial for me on a Sunday evening.

We live staying here! Amazing location and the staff is always friendly.

Amazing penthouse suite we stayed at. Extremely reasonable and very very clean. The staff was super friendly, very knowledgeable of the area and guided us to great restaurants. We will definitely be back.
