Good accommodation, relatively affordable for a large room. There are 5 mattresses and blankets and towels. Extra beds can accommodate up to 8 people. Upon arrival, you'll receive a new 10-15L gallon jug. And fresh tissues. The location is very close to Ngandong Beach and easy to reach. There are a total of 8 outlets: 3 for the AC, water dispenser, and TV. 5 empty outlets are available for guests. The dispenser serves hot water. You can borrow cutlery or order food. Consequences: - The water is from Gunung Kidul, so it's colored. - Because of the mountainous area, there are lots of beetles, so bring bug spray. - No soap or shampoo in the bathroom.

The room is clean, fragrant, and tidy. We arrived after 9 pm and were greeted warmly and friendly. The facilities are complete, there is a dispenser, a stove, and a clean refrigerator. Free coffee and tea too. Breakfast includes fried rice and omelettes. The kids felt at home and liked it. We got a room upstairs so we had to climb quite a bit of stairs. But it was worth it with the beautiful view.

Overall, the location is great, it has a balcony with a beach view.

It's a good place to staycation on the beachside. Very comfy, and the view is also good. It's clean, simple recommendation, adding Netflix to the TV and simply renew the pantry area tools. I will come back for a staycation with family and doing some barbecue or hotpot night. It will be great!

Of all the accommodations around Sundak Beach, this one looks the best, but it is not recommended for the elderly, considering that access to the location from the parking lot is uphill/up high steps.

I took the villa group type. Overall, the room and facilities are good. The room is a lesehan type, sleeping with a thick but comfortable mattress. The balcony door had no lock when we stayed so it was quite worrying if you bring small children. Access to the villa from the parking lot is quite uphill and is not recommended for those who are physically weak or have special needs such as the disabled. The stairs are quite high and there is no ramp to pull suitcases for those bringing wheeled suitcases. must be lifted by hand. The rest is good for access to beach tourist attractions around the villa.

everything is actually ok but with that price wifi should not need to be asked for the password should be available on the table and the network should also be ok but sometimes the network is lost then for the mirror in my opinion it must be in the room not just in the bathroom for the water is also not strong enough when taking a shower and for the hot water also turns off in the morning but for the view it's cool right towards the beach👍 hopefully this will be an improvement for the facilities but for the service the mother is quite friendly🙏

Got a room on the 2nd floor with a beautiful sea view. Order a group villa and get a premium 5 bed, the room and bathroom are very spacious. There is a dispenser, so if you want to make coffee or cold water, it is very easy. But there are some things that need to be fixed, the stairs to the room are not very safe, such as the handrail that can collapse if touched with a little force, wifi and tv that cannot be accessed. Overall this is a pleasant experience, if I have the opportunity to go to Gunung Kidul again, I will probably book the Orion villa again

Before coming, ask for an extra bed, they said @90 thousand. I took 2 extra beds, gave money on the spot 200 thousand and didn't get the change. I even reconfirmed with the woman who wrote the order "I already gave the money for 2 extra beds earlier, 200 thousand". She replied "yes, I received it earlier".
