We understand how disappointed you were when you arrived and found the villa you booked unavailable, and we regret the stress and inconvenience this caused. This issue was caused by a very rare technical glitch in our booking system, which resulted in a double booking. As soon as we became aware of this, we immediately found a replacement villa—one with more space, a newer interior, and upgraded amenities—in the hope of making your stay as pleasant as possible. We realize that this change should have been communicated sooner and with better communication. For this, we take full responsibility and are currently evaluating this to prevent a similar incident from happening again in the future. Once again, we apologize for this experience.
