My Points

BAD. Empty unit, no prior confirmation. CS takes a long time to reply, wants to replace another unit but takes a long time to respond, check in is delayed from the expected time. Have to wait for hours. Harms consumers. GET AWAY!

BURUK. Unit kosong, tidak ada konfirmasi sebelumnya. Cs lama balasnya, mau di gantikan unit lain tapi lama responnya, check in mundur dari jam yang seharusnya. Harus menunggu berjam-jam. Merugikan konsumen. KAPOK!

Bad experience booking this unit (host: travelio), for 3 hours from check in time there was no officer, phone number and wa cs could not be contacted, assistance via traveloka also had no satisfactory answer. 3 hours from CI time, instead asked to move units to a location 6 KM away. Very bad and unprofessional


Pengalaman buruk memesan unit ini (host : travelio), selama 3 jam dr waktu check in tidak ada petugas, nomor  tlp dan wa cs tidak dapat dihubungi, bantuan via traveloka pun tidak ada jawaban memuaskan. 3 jam dr waktu CI, malah diminta pindah unit dengan lokasi yang berjarak 6 KM. Sangat buruk dan tidak profesional
