Staff was very attentive to needs! The only reason it got 4 stars was the room was very small. Even for just 2 people It felt crowded

This hotel is beautiful. Great location and very clean! I felt really good staying here and made some amazing memories with my family here while visiting Seattle.

Very pleased with our stay at the Seattle Downtown AC Hotel. Staff is excellent and the manager quickly changed room for us when first room view looked at duct work and interior of building light well. No problems at all and would stay again.

Hotel was nice and clean. Parking is an issue, and you can only park in the street from 6pm-8am for free. Otherwise your only options are to use the expensive valet or park elsewhere. Hotel was a good experience though

The bed and pillows were great , had problem with toilet, bathroom was just ok

Clean property & overall it was okay.

Came for a concert and check in was at 3pm. We still had to get ready and they didn’t have rooms ready for at least three other groups at check in time. Very frustrating. Made us late to our concert. Won’t be back.

Staff was friendly, attentive and helpful!

The hotel's location is decent, so walking to many of the tourist spots is convenient. As far as the hotel itself, the rooms are extremely narrow. Two beds take up 90% of the floor space, and even two people have to dance around each other to move around the room. With regard to breakfast, as compared to our 3 prior nights in a Marriott in Vancouver BC (where the choices were extensive), the breakfast at AC Hotel, it is a joke. The price is $21.95 and the offerings are very skimpy. Lastly, the daily parking at $65 is a lot of money, although I don't know what other comparable hotels in the area typically charge. All in all, I would not stay here again as the negatives from the tiny rooms, skimpy & overpriced breakfast and expensive parking outweigh the positives.

The room was great and the staff were nice. The breakfast was overpriced in my opion for a severely lacking charcuterie board. Also got charged for drinks from the bar to my room when I don't drink and didn't authorize any charges to my room.

Google reviews talked about lack of towels and at check in there were people asking for towels being told they didn’t have any. Room service skips days and they charge a fee of $20/day for nothing.

Everything was great Bar tender from Boston was so kind. The room was beautiful. People at the front desk super nice. Loved it

Property is great but early check in was not done in order, made assumptions on who came first. People who were already told to wait in lobby were left alone and new incoming were given early check in.

It’s just a really nice hotel. The bed was comfortable & has a nice size tv.

The staff were great, the rooms were very clean. The bathroom though has a very poor design and functionality. Glass doors that brighten up the whole room when someone had to use it in the middle of the night. Toilet and sink are nice for a family home but not for a commercial use like a hotel. Not functional at all.
