Website for the hotel said free parking. No free parking. Hotel desk staff said we don't have parking but there's a lot down the street but couldn't tell me where. Drove around unsafe neighborhood with broken car glass on the streets. Didn't feel safe parking on these surrounding streets. After hours of looking for parking, I had to struggle to find another place to stay at 10pm. I don't think I should have to pay for this terrible experience. Please refund.

Unless there is a major necessity, it is a terrible place to stay at. Dirty and small rooms, snack machines they advertise are out of service, ice maker needs to be turned on each time because they turn it off every time (maybe to save electricity) and then you have to wait 30 minutes to get the cubes, no refrigerator inside queen rooms though advertised and so on. Room doors are metal so every time you open/close they make wild noise. Bottom line: AVOID THE PLACE UNLESS YOU HAVE AN EXTREME NECESSITY TO STAY AT THIS PARTICULAR PLACE!

Hotel Fuego was so disgusting we had to abandon, lose our full payment and go elsewhere. Arrived to take the bar exam at Fordham. Dangerous neighborhood, people fighting on the street. Bullet proof plexiglass in front of manager station, amenity included a single dirty microwave for the entire hotel. Room was tiny, dirty, smelled of smoke and bedding had cigarette burns. No joke it was truly shocking.

The hotel room was okay for the 2 days stay. The room was clean. The staff was limited. No parking available and the area did not look too safe.

The room was not kept well. The sheets had burn holes in them, and the bedding was stained. The image for the booking showed a desk and there was none in the room. 0/5 stars for me

I literally hated it. Not for everyone. You definitely can smoke there! No freezer. Ants everywhere. Small.

sloppy renovation job with a hazard near the toilet area. Asked for a quiet room - got one facing the elevated train...

Unsafe, smelled like smoke, I ended up leaving shorty after and finding another hotel.
