The location point is different from the one provided in the app, upon arrival at the location an additional 50k was requested because the app gave a price of 145. Initially given a room above, the mattress was okay, the AC was okay but the toilet flush did not work and there was human waste before. Then moved to downstairs no. 5, the mattress was okay, the AC did not work, the bathroom lights were off and the toilet also did not work. If the facilities were improved, maybe the additional price requested would be worth it.
