Nice place everything was great except the internet was super super bad and the oven wasn’t working.

We had difficulty in check in .our confirmation number was rejected by the computer in the empty reception office.The problem solved by chance when someone passed and suggest to pickup the phone on the side .Then we had a human communication with mr.NEAYO that help us.

The staff is super helpful and friendly. The hotel is exceptionally clean and centrally located to many stores and restaurants.

I stayed there for 2 nights as I had to work in the area. The after hour access with mobile key worked well. The studio was spacious and well maintained. The inside of the building had a good modern look (unlike the outside). Most needed amenities were available (fridge, stove, iron, iron board etc.), except A/C and.... breakfast restaurants! (if you're looking for breakfast, you need to bring your own - there's Coop supermarket 10 min walk). Also, despite double glazed windows, the building is at a busy crossroad, so a bit of noise (buses etc.). Overall, this might be a good place for a personal trip, or if you have to stay in Glattbrugg for work (not a lot of options there), but for rapid business trips I would consider hotels in Oerlikon.

Staff very helpful . Hotel in excellent cod toon and very clean . Only downside it is a bit noisy at night .

Helpful staff and quick checkin checkout, restaurant on premises, Room clean and Sound insulation from landing aircraft good considering that the fly directly over the hotel. Over all a very convenient and well kept hotel with free parking. Great value.

Clean and accessible hotel to Zurich airport with outstanding and fast service. One complaint is overpowering smell of cleaning solution used in the room and bathroom. It was very strong.

I found myself looking for a hotel last minute while in Zurich. The hotel was close and económical. The only drawback was the proximity to a train station. There was some noise in the morning.

Good airport hotel

Very reasonably priced for a comfortable one-night stop in Zurich, clean room, fast dependable internet, nice shower head, close to airport and town. Only downside was a surprise small charge for "city tax", I had the impression Hotels.com bookings are all-inclusive.

My stay was just to be able to make early morning flight connections in Zurich. The shuttle from the airport saved me about 20 Francs. Unfortunately, it wasn't available before 5:30am. The room was small, but adequate and very clean. I didn't use any hotel services, but the front desk staff was courteous, friendly and helpful.

Stayed here many times. Stayed again after 3 yr laps. Airport has moved main runway, so primary approach is over the top of hotel. Thank ZRH for the airplane curfew, as no soundproofing and A/C is your open window. Very reasonable rates, staff is helpful, but disinterested, and the place is spotless. Rates make this a very real consideration

An affordable place by the airport. Smallish room. Some airport noise. Everything else fine. Didn't use shuttle.

This is very clean hotel, new bath, good size room, nothing to complain. Train station Opficon is 10min walking distance and takes 10min to city center. There are a few restorants very close. Grocery store is 5min away. 10min to airport or 20 SFR for taxi.

Just needed a hotel for the night before an early morning flight

It was so hot and there was no air conditioning or fan. A miserable night.

Hotel was a little distant from the Opfikon rail station. Trains only run every half hour. Better to use the hotel/airport shuttle and the airport rail station where the trains are much more frequent when travelling to and from Zurich H B.

I expected cleaned sheets from Best Western which proudly boast cleanliness certification. I was given unwashed blanket which on request was shown and changed. Also, Best Western has system issues which automatically checks you out after night 1 although we booked 2 night stay. Having Shampoo/conditioner in washroom helps. Rest was good.

A very pleasant little place near the airport with the shuttle service making it very convenient for commute. Value for money

the room is very small and the bathroom barely have space, to move you hit the shelve when you stand to wash your face and your back hit the wall . the worth is the shower we got zapped with one second cold water then extremely hot . i got my left arm hurt from the sudden zapping while my eyes close , it seem they never heard of faucet to balance the water , after paying over 200 dollars this is not right we have never had that in any country
