Refund, rescheduling or cancellation for Vietnam domestic flights during Covid19 pandemic

Important Things to Know








With the renewal of Covid19 pandemic, Traveloka is committed to working closely with airlines to assist customers with handling flight refund, cancellation or rescheduling according to airlines’ policy.


- Please check to “Impacted directly by COVID-19” if you are:







  • Passengers in the lockdown/ quarantined areas by Covid19 pandemic as ordered by the authority.
  • Passengers having flights to/from Van Don (Quang Ninh) with departure date from 29/01/2021 to 13/02/2021


- Please check to "Not impacted directly by COVID-19" if you have other flight than above, but wish to reschedule / refund.


Note: Owing to receiving a great number of requests recently, Traveloka hopes to receive customer’s understanding that it will take more time than usual to solve your requests. As a result, Traveloka suggests that customers should contact us at least 48 hours before departure time to get prompt responses.  



  • For travels coming up within 7 days: your requests will be handled within 2 (two) days.
  • For travels coming up in more than 7 days: your requests will be responded within 3 (three) days prior to your travel date.
