Your payment is confirmed when you receive your e-ticket/voucher in your email. If you have not received the e-ticket/voucher within 60 minutes after tapping I Have Completed Payment, please upload your payment proof by following these steps:
1. Go to My Booking on your Traveloka homepage and choose Purchase List.
2. Select the booking that you have just paid for, and then click UPLOAD PAYMENT PROOF.
Your payment should be verified in approximately 15 minutes after you’ve uploaded your payment proof. You can see the status of your payment on your booking in Purchase List.
If your payment is still not verified after 60 minutes, you paid the wrong amount, or you made the payment after the time limit expires, please Contact Us.
