To reschedule your stay, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Traveloka account on Traveloka App and go to My Booking.
2. Select the booking you want to reschedule.
3. Scroll down to the Manage Booking section, then tap on Reschedule.
If you see Reschedule Not Available, it means your booking cannot be rescheduled.
If you see Reschedule Available, enter your new stay date and tap Search.
4. Tap Select on your preferred hotel. Check your new hotel booking details and tap Continue.
If the price for your new booking is the same as your old booking, tap Yes, Submit Request.
If your new booking is more expensive than your old one, tap Continue to Payment.
If your new booking is cheaper than your old one, tap Fill Refund Details.
If you have booked a Pay at Hotel or a non-refundable room, follow these steps instead:
To find out whether your booking is refundable, please refer to the policy on your e-voucher. Keep in mind that rescheduling your booking may incur some fees.
