The environment is quite nice and relaxing, only water heater not really hot. However the hotel staff is really disappointed me. When I arrive and check in at front desk, I ask the staff whether any attractive spot nearby for me to travel. It's surprising me, the staff told me. No anything nearby. Beside that, my booking exclude breakfast, since the staff told me there are nothing nearby, I have ask her what they serve as breakfast and whether I shall top up for breakfast, they told me they serve buffet if they are more than 15 guest and serve ala carte if less than 15 guests, do you think this answers my question? They not even promote their hotel facilities, only when I ask the resort about the mini zoo and farm, then they only told me the zoo is under renovation. It's all about service, the service provide by the staff is suck, its spoiled my day and my first impression on the hotel. Why can't they answer in more proper way? Finally, I request for the leaflet and I do read internet blog mention hotel will provide leaflet with nearby attractive spot, and the answer I get is leaflet out of stock. I'm not sure whether they have soft copy version or not, but how can they let this happen if you are keen to promote your hotel in Facebook. Additional point is, the TV and air cond remote is not in the room, they only provide with small bag when you check in. and the remote is like less battery, very hard to change channel. Internet mention hotel provide hair dryer, but when I go there. The hair dryer only provide when you request, why can't just put in the room?
