On the flight details page or hotel room details page, check how many Points you may earn from the transaction.

Check your final Points

On the payment page, check your final Points as they are calculated from your Total Price. Please note that no Points will be earned if you apply a coupon or promo code.

Proceed with payment

Once your transaction is completed, you will be awarded with Pending Points that will be activated 7 days after your trip is completed. You can tap the orange dot beside the Pending Points tab on My Points to see points amount.

Make sure you have enough Active Points

About Traveloka Points
1. What is Traveloka Points?
Traveloka Points is a reward program that we created to value our most loyal customers. With this program, you can earn Points each time you make a flight, hotel, flight + hotel transaction on Traveloka, and then redeem them for a discount on your next transactions. Start earning Points now!
Membership and Traveloka Points
1. How do I register to become a Traveloka member?
To register as a Traveloka member, you have to create a Traveloka account. You will automatically become a Traveloka member once your Traveloka account has been created. Then, you can start earning Points each time you make a flight, hotel, or Flight + Hotel transaction. Yes, register now!
2. What does default currency mean? Will it affect the calculation of my Points?
The value of your Points is calculated and displayed in the default currency of your Traveloka account. For example, if the default currency of your account is IDR, the monetary value of your Points will be calculated and shown in IDR as well.

To earn Points, you will have to make payments in your default currency. So, if your default currency is IDR but your transaction is made in another currency, you will not be able to earn any Point from that transaction.
3. How do I set the default currency of my Traveloka Points account?
Default currency will be set following the currency being used in your first transaction. Please note that once your default currency is set, it will be recorded in our system immediately, and you won’t be able to change it in the future.

If you already made a transaction and earned Points before you set your default currency, the currency you used earlier for that transaction will automatically become your default currency.
4. I have two accounts in Traveloka. Can I transfer my Points from one account to another?
The Points you have earned through an account are exclusive to that account only. This means you won’t be able to transfer Points from one account to another.

Pro tip: Always make sure you are logged in to your intended account before creating any booking or completing your flight, hotel, or flight + hotel transactions.
5. Is it possible to merge all my Traveloka accounts to combine all my Points?
We are sorry, but it is not possible to merge several Traveloka accounts into one or to combine Points from different Traveloka accounts.
Earning Traveloka Points
1. Is my country eligible for Points?
Points is currently only available in Indonesia (the transaction must be in Indonesian Rupiah). We’re expanding to other countries soon!
2. Which transactions will earn me Points?
Currently, you can earn Points by purchasing Flights, Hotels, or Flight + Hotel from Traveloka desktop and mobile website, or Traveloka App version 2.12 and above.

Please note, however, that Points are only available for Flight + Hotel transactions that were made on 9 October 2017 onwards.
3. How many Points will I earn from a flight or hotel booking?
The earning rate for every product is different. You can check the amount of Points you will earn from each product on the search result.
4. How do I earn Points?
To earn Points, you have to make a Flight, Hotel, or Flight + Hotel transaction via Traveloka desktop and mobile website, or Traveloka App on Android or iOS version 2.12 and above.

Be sure to log in to your Traveloka account before you make your booking. Otherwise, we will not be able to reward your transaction with Points.
5. Will I still earn Points if I use a coupon or promo code for my payment?
We are sorry, but you will only be able to earn Points if you complete your payment without using coupons or promo codes.
6. Will I earn Points if I make a transaction using a different currency from my account’s default currency?
No. Cross-currency transactions are not supported by our reward program. So if you have made a payment in a currency other than your account’s default currency, no Point will be earned from the transaction.
7. How do I check my Points’ status and transaction history?
You can easily check your Points’ status and transaction history on My Points page.
8. What are Pending Points and Active Points?
After completing your transaction, you will earn a certain amount of Points. These are called Pending Points because they are not immediately redeemable.

Your Pending Points will become Active Points seven (7) days after your trip is completed. At this time, feel free to redeem them for flight or hotel discounts.
9. Will I earn Points if I make my payment directly at the hotel via Pay at Hotel?
Yes, as long as the hotel is located in Indonesia, you will earn Points when you make your payment directly at the hotel via Pay at Hotel.
Points Expiration
1. How long will my Points be valid for?
Points are valid for 1 (one) year since their activation date. You may check your Points’ status and expiration date on the My Points page.
Cancellations
1. If I made a booking then decide to request a refund, what will happen to my Points?
If you submit a refund request for your booking, the amount of Pending Points that you have earned from the booking will be deducted automatically. This means that in the end, you will earn fewer Active Points.

Please also note that if you used your Points to book then decide to refund the booking, your Points will not be refunded or credited back to your account.
2. What should I do if I didn’t receive the correct Points number?
You can find our local number on the Contact Us page. To better assist you, please have your Traveloka Booking ID handy when you contact our team.
Redeem Points
1. I earned some Points from my transaction on Traveloka. What can I use them for?
You can redeem your Points and enjoy a cheaper price on your next Flight, Hotel, Flight + Hotel or Attractions & Activities transactions.
2. How do I redeem the Points?
Make sure that you are logged in to your Traveloka account, then select 'Redeem' on the payment page during your booking. You should see that the Total Price of your booking be reduced in accordance with the value of your Points.
3. How much is 1 Point worth?
1 Point is worth IDR 100.
4. What is the minimum number of Points I must have before I can redeem them?
The minimum Points required for redemption varies for each product. You need at least 1,000 Points for Hotel, 2,500 Points for Flight, 1,000 Points for Flight + Hotel and 1,000 Points for Attractions & Activities. However, the Points that will be deducted from your account may be varied and depends on the redeemed item’s price.
5. Will my Points be deducted if I tap/click on “Redeem”, but do not complete the transaction?
No. If you haven’t made any payment yet, your Points will be automatically credited back to your account after the booking expires.
6. I requested a refund after my e-ticket or hotel voucher was issued. Will my Points be credited back to my account?
We are sorry, but we won’t be able to credit back your Points if you request a refund.
7. Can I redeem my Points for cash instead of discounts for my next purchase?
We are sorry, but it is not possible to redeem your Points for cash.
8. Can I redeem Points if I make a transaction using a currency other than my account’s default currency?
No. Unfortunately, our reward program does not support cross-currency transaction. If you make a payment in a currency other than the default currency of your account, you will not be able to redeem your Points in that transaction.
9. I am planning to pay for my booking directly at the hotel. Can I redeem my Points for this room?
We are sorry, but it is not possible to redeem Points for a booking that will be paid directly at the hotel.

TERMS OF USE OF TRAVELOKA POINTS PROGRAMS

THE TERMS OF USE BELOW MUST BE READ BEFORE USING THE TRAVELOKA POINTS PROGRAM ON THIS SITE. THE USAGE OF THE TRAVELOKA POINTS PROGRAM ON THIS SITE INDICATES ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW.

The www.traveloka.com site ("Site") and the Traveloka Points Program (“Points Program”) are managed by Traveloka ("we", "us", or "our"). Traveloka reserve our rights to terminate the Points Program at any time without prior notice to you.

By accessing and/or using the Site and participating in the Points Program, you acknowledge that you have read and understood, and agree to the Terms of Use set out below and other terms and conditions in relation to the Site, including but not limited to the general Site Terms of Use, confidentiality and FAQs, which form an integral part of these Points Program Terms of Use (“Points Program Terms”). You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have a valid Traveloka Account to participate in the Points Program.

Please note that we may change, modify, add and delete these Points Program Terms in whole or in part, including any rules, regulations, benefits, conditions of participation, which may or may not affect the value of the Traveloka Points (as defined below) rewards, at any time without prior notice. These Points Program Terms must be read periodically. By continuing to use this Site and participating in the Points Program after such changes to these Points Program Terms, visitors, users or Registered Users ("you" or "user") acknowledge that you agree and consent to the changes. If you use any of our other services, then your usage is based on the submission to and acceptance of the terms and conditions applicable to such services.

 

  1. PARTICIPATION, MEMBERSHIP AND ACCOUNT
    1. Points Program is only eligible for the Traveloka logged in user, whereby you have an account (“Traveloka Account”) and are logged in on our Site from the moment that you search for your itinerary items until you have completed the necessary payments. You must have an active Traveloka Account before making any booking to enable you to obtain the points (“Traveloka Points”).
    2. Traveloka Points will be awarded only for bookings made on our Site when you are signed in to your Traveloka Account. Points will be awarded to the user logged in at the time the booking is made and paid.
    3. The Traveloka Points which you have earned in your specific Traveloka Account cannot be transferred and is not combinable with other user profiles or Traveloka Accounts.
    4. Traveloka has the right to monitor your Traveloka Account. If we detect any fraudulent activity, signs of abuse, or other suspicious activities in your Traveloka Account, we reserve the right to deactivate or suspend your Traveloka Account without prior notice to or consent from you.
  2. TRAVELOKA POINTS
    1. Your Traveloka Points are yours only and are specific for the use under your Traveloka Account. You may not assign, sell, transfer, pledge, and/or encumber your Traveloka Points for any reason.
    2. Traveloka will be able to augment, deduct, amend, and/or cancel your Traveloka Points in your Traveloka Account without prior notice to or approval from you.
    3. Your Traveloka Points will be calculated as a percentage of the payment charged to you when you have made Flight, Hotel or Flight + Hotel reservation on our Site which qualifies for the award of Traveloka Points. The basis for this calculation will be the total amount which you have actually paid, and shall not include amounts which have been deducted when using, among others, promotions, point redemptions and unique codes.
    4. The following items are not eligible for points:
      1. Purchase of: Train ticket, Top-up & Data Packages, Attraction & Activities
      2. any reservations you make for Flight + Hotel Packages before 09 October 2017 or via Traveloka App below the minimum version of 2.15
      3. Installment fees (if any);
      4. Room upgrades;
      5. Purchase of additional room nights through our call center or directly through hotel providers;
      6. Flight upgrades and purchase of add-on items, including but not limited to: luggage, travel insurance, food through airline website or our call center;
      7. any reservations you make on our Site with the use of the Traveloka coupons.
      8. any reservations you make before introduction of the program in April 2017
      9. any reservations you make via mobile web or Traveloka App below the minimum version 2.12.
    5. Your Traveloka Points will be awarded to you, activated and augmented into your Traveloka Account 7 (seven) days after you have completed your travel. For the avoidance of doubt, the completion of travel shall mean:
      1. For bookings of one way flights, the departure date of your originating flight;
      2. For bookings of round-trip flights, the departure date of your return flight;
      3. For hotel bookings, your check-out date; and
      4. For Flight + Hotel bookings, your check-out or return flight date, depends on which one is the latest
    6. You may only use activated Traveloka Points for redemption. Traveloka Points which have not been activated or are still pending cannot be redeemed.
    7. Changes or cancellations of booked itinerary may result in differences between the estimated amount of pending Traveloka Points that you may earn and the actual amount of active Points credited to your Traveloka Account.
    8. Your Traveloka Points have no monetary cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or other currency payouts from Traveloka.
    9. Your Traveloka Points shall be valid for 1 (one) year from the date that your Traveloka Points have been activated in your Traveloka Account.
    10. If you believe that you did not receive the correct amount of points for a booking, you must contact our Customer Service within 90 (ninety) days as of the date when you have completed your travel. We will make the final determination as to whether Points adjustments of any kind are justified for the travel in question.
    11. Points earned from a Pay at Hotel booking will be canceled when you cancel your booking, shorten your stay or fail to show up during your stay period.
  3. REDEMPTION
    1. You may redeem your Traveloka Points when purchasing Hotel, Flight, Flight + Hotel or Attractions & Activities on our Site.
    2. You must meet the following redemption criteria to be able to redeem your Traveloka Points:
      1. Total point should be higher than or equal to the minimum redemption criteria;
      2. Total invoice amount after redemption should be higher than the minimum invoice amount required to make the payment.
    3. We do not currently support cross-currency redemption. You can only redeem your Traveloka Points for Flight, Hotel, Flight+Hotel or Attractions & Activities in the currency in which your Traveloka Points were awarded to your Traveloka Account.
    4. We reserve our right to change the conversion rate or redemption value of your Traveloka Points from time to time without further notice to or consent from you.
  4. REFUND AND RETURN
    1. Your Traveloka Points are subject to our Refund policy in our general Site Terms of Use and these Points Program Terms.
    2. Your redeemed Traveloka Points cannot be returned to you if and when you cancel or change your travel itinerary. Your Traveloka Points will be cancelled and, where necessary, deducted from your Traveloka Account, once you submit a refund request to us. We will not return your redeemed and/or cancelled Traveloka Points to you regardless of the outcome of your refund request.
    3. In the case that you only submit a refund for part of the bookings that you have made on our Site, your Traveloka Points will be deducted only for the bookings which you have requested refund for. The remaining points will be subject to our activation scheme.
  5. MISCELLANEOUS
    1. Your Traveloka Account and your Traveloka Points are subject to our general Site Terms of Use and these Points Program Terms. The terms set out in our general Site Terms of Use shall be deemed to have been appropriately integrated to these Points Program Terms.
    2. If we detect any fraudulent or suspicious activity on your Traveloka Account, we reserve our right to deactivate or suspend your Traveloka Account. This deactivation or suspension shall include, but not be limited to, the confiscation of any rewards you have gained through the redemption of your Traveloka Points.
    3. If we find that you have used your Traveloka Account and/or Traveloka Points fraudulently or maliciously, you will be prohibited from participating in future programs that Traveloka may organize, administer and/or effectuate.
    4. We reserve our rights to take any legal action against you if we discover that you have used your Traveloka Account and/or Traveloka Points fraudulently or maliciously or as a sham or part of a sham or using falsified information. You may also be liable for monetary losses to Traveloka, including any legal costs and fees.
    5. If any provision of these Points Programs Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
    6. These Points Program Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore and shall be subject to the same dispute resolution treatment as stated in our general Site Terms of Use.
