Oman Air e-ticket is an eligible proof for booking an Oman Air flight. Show your e-ticket during check-in at the Oman Air counter at the airport, or use it for self check-in (at the airport or online), to get your boarding pass. If you have not received your e-ticket within 60 minutes after payment is completed, please contact Traveloka Customer Service.
Oman Air’s Economy Class cabin has a seat pitch of 34 inches with high seatback pivot and articulating bottom pan. Not to mention the padded dress cover fabrication for maximum comfort. Each seat is equipped with an LCD screen, back-mounted 10.6 inch and seatback mounted IFE handset for easy accessibility. There is also one PC power port and Ethernet plug per double seat. Passengers can also make in-flight calls from their mobile phone, but international roaming charges will be applied and these will vary according to the passenger’s mobile service provider and their individual service package.
All of the Economy Class passengers will receive a warm welcome with hot and cold towels prior to the start of their in-flight dining experience. The in-flight meal menus vary from Arabic and international dishes, which are cooked using the highest quality of seasonal ingredients. In addition to that, Oman Air also offers a range of complimentary hot and cold drinks, including freshly brewed tea and coffee.
The seats in Business Class are 22-inch wide with a seat pitch of 80 inches, and can be reclined to a 77.5-inch long lie-flat bed. Each seat is equipped with electrically controlled backrest or seat bottom, leg rest, and seat pan depth, as well as one-piece meal table, cocktail table, and compartment. During the flight, the Business Class passengers can enjoy an in-flight entertainment system from the 17-inch Gen. III monitor in the front partition. There are also two USB plugs, Ethernet plug, one audio and video assumption plug, and a PC power outlet. At select destinations across Oman Air network, the Business Class passengers can avail the complimentary Chauffeur Drive airport transfer service.
Besides the international fine dining and Arabic signature dishes, the Business Class in-flight meal service also allows its passengers to request their special designed meals on Oman Air’s website via Service by Design. Each dish will be served on unique chinaware. To complement the dining experience, Oman Air has carefully selected a range of award-winning wines and champagnes, which will be served in top quality glassware.
With just six seats within the First Class cabin, together with a luxurious lounge area, the passengers will feel like they are flying in an exclusive private jet. The First Class Mini Suite offers the longest lie-flat seat available on any commercial airline. Each seat is set within a massive 87-inch pitch with eight-point massage system built in, storage for hand luggage, space to hang a coat, and a huge 23-inch video monitor. Similar to the Business Class, the First Class seats are also equipped with two USB plugs, Ethernet plug, one audio and video assumption plug, and a PC power outlet. There is also a Premium Chauffeur Drive Airport Transfer Service available for the First Class passengers.
Oman Air has teamed up with professional chefs to serve both modern and traditional fine dining and Arabic signature dishes to the Business Class passengers using only the highest quality seasonal ingredients. But, firstly, passengers will be greeted onboard with a warm and traditional Omani welcome, including Arabic dates and coffee. Oman Air has also prepared a great selection of award-winning wines and champagnes to complement the passengers’ dining experience.
Oman Air’s frequent flyer program, known as Sindbad, allows passengers to earn Sindbad miles from flying with Oman Air or partner airlines and transacting with any of Oman Air’s global partners. Accumulated Sindbad miles can be redeemed for free flights, flight upgrades, promotions, and more. There are three membership tiers that Sindbad offers, which consist of Blue Silver, and Gold. The more people fly with Oman Air, the higher their membership tier will be. Each membership tier comes with benefits and privileges, ranging from extra baggage allowance, lounge access, priority check-in, priority boarding, and more.
With a range of facilities such as business centers, free Wi-Fi, buffet counter, to entertainment systems, Oman Air Lounges provide a perfect place for the passengers to catch up on work or just simply unwind before they travel. There are three airport lounges owned by Oman Air: Business Class Lounge (available for First or Business Class passengers, and Gold Sindbad member), Bangkok Lounge (available for First or Business Class passengers, and Gold or Silver Sindbad members), and Majan Lounge (available for Gold and Silver Sindbad membership who are traveling in Economy Class).
The Oman Air’s flight attendant uniform features a long-sleeve blazer with light blue color and several front buttons, as well as a knee-length dark blue skirt. To complement the look, Oman Air’s flight attendant also wears a hat, with a light blue scarf that dangles from the left side of the hat to the right shoulder of the blazer. In addition to that, they also wear a pair of black pump shoes.
