Pay at Hotel is all about payment flexibility! Guests are able to secure a booking without an advance payment. Instead, guests will pay the full amount during their stay at the property, either by cash or by card.
To book, guests will need to provide their credit card details which will be used only to guarantee the booking, so it will not be charged at the time of booking.
Start your search by filling in the destination, number of guests and your duration of stay
On the search results page, find accommodations with the “Pay at Hotel Available” label, or click on the Pay at Hotel filter located on top of the search results page to show only Pay at Hotel accommodations.
Not all rooms are available for Pay at Hotel bookings. In the hotel page, select the room marked with ‘Pay at Hotel’ label or use ‘Pay at Hotel’ filter.
Once you select a Pay at Hotel room and proceed to book, you need to enter credit card details as the booking guarantee. Note that your credit card is only required to guarantee the booking and therefore, it will not be charged unless in the event of no-show or cancellation.
Within 60 minutes after your booking is confirmed, we will send your hotel voucher to your email.
To check in, show your hotel voucher to the hotel’s front desk staff. Then pay the full amount in hotel’s local currency either by cash or by card. Since the accepted payment methods may vary, you can check your hotel voucher to see which payment methods the hotel prefers. If you need the receipt, kindly ask the front desk to issue the receipt of your payment.

Absolutely. You don’t have to worry, once your booking is confirmed, you are guaranteed to be able to stay at your chosen accommodation.
No, the name on the credit card and the name of the guest don't have to be the same. However, it is very important that the credit cardholder is aware that his/her card is being used as a booking guarantee.
If you would like to change your stay period or duration, you may cancel your hotel reservation first, and then book another date that suits you.
Before making any cancellation request, however, please make sure that you have read the cancellation policy as stated on your hotel voucher.
