Agra Mas is a bus company (PO) that provides transportation services from its headquarter on Jl. Bambu Kuning Utara No. 2, Bambu Apus, Cipayung, East Jakarta. With buses that can be easily identified by its red color, Agra Mas has become one of the most popular transportation providers in the Jabodetabek area. In addition, this bus operator is also known as one of the key players in the intercity and interprovincial (AKAP) routes. Agra Mas was established in 2003 under PT Anugerah Mas. At the beginning of its development, Agra Mas provides economy AC bus service to accommodate passengers traveling to Jakarta’s suburban areas, such as Bekasi, Cikarang, Karawang, Bogor, Tangerang, and vice versa. The presence of Agra Mas that always puts customer satisfaction as its number one priority grabbed the attention of its passengers, establishing a starting point for Agra Mas’s successes. In 2012, Agra Mas expanded its coverage by offering intercity and interprovincial (AKAP) routes across several cities in Central Java and East Java. One year later, Agra Mas opened a new night route for the intercity and interprovincial (AKAP) segment using the luxurious Scania K410 IB double-decker bus and Mercedes-Benz OC 500 RF bus. The double-decker bus initially served only the Bogor – Ngadirojo (Wonogiri) route. However, Agra Mas also used this bus type to serve the Parung – Jakarta – Jepara route. The double-decker bus was introduced as the super executive class and offers a variety of luxurious facilities inside its cabin. Passengers can enjoy comfortable seats in a 2-2 format on the upper floor and a 2-1 format on the lower floor, complete with a headrest and leg rest, plus an LCD TV in each seat. In addition, this class also offers buffet meal, smoking room, toilet, and a water dispenser so passengers can enjoy hot beverages throughout the trip. The commitment to realize Agra Mas’s mission to become the bus company with the best service has been recognized by the numerous prestigious awards the company has received. In 2016, Agra Mas successfully won the award for Angkutan Pelopor Keselamatan Terbaik (The Best Pioneer in Safety) from Indonesia’s Ministry of Transportation and a three-star intercity and interprovincial (AKAP) bus award from the Directorate General of Land Transportation. In addition, in 2017, Agra Mas also received an award for its optimal and high-quality service in the “Mudik Bareng Guyub Rukun” program by the Ministry of Transportation, and was recognized as the intercity and interprovincial (AKAP) bus with the best service by the Directorate General of Land Transportation.

Children sitting on the parent's lap can ride the bus for free. However, children must buy a full price ticket if they need an individual seat.
Ticket is only valid for the passenger, date, and time as written in the ticket.
Any alteration made to the ticket (e.g. use of correction fluid, pen, or pencil to change or delete information) will cause the ticket to be invalid.
Passengers are only allowed 1 baggage, max. 40 x 40 x 30 cm in size and max. 25 kg in weight. Otherwise, passengers will have to pay an extra charge.
Passengers are solely responsible for their belongings and PO Agra Mas will not be responsible for any damage or loss of personal items.
Passengers are not allowed to carry illegal objects, flammable materials, items with strong odor, or animals.
Passenger failing to arrive at the boarding point on time cannot ask for a refund and their tickets will be canceled.
Departure time, bus type, and bus route can change without prior notice due to operational reasons.
Smoking is not allowed inside vehicles with air conditioning (AC).
PO Agra Mas has the authority to transfer a passenger to another seat or bus when necessary.
Any claims made by passengers, such as a claim for bus delay or accidents, cannot amount more than the ticket price.
Any claims made by people other than the passenger whose name is written in the e-ticket will be considered as invalid.
PO Agra Mas are not allowed to pick up passengers or items outside the official boarding points. Passengers are encouraged to report such incidents to the PO Agra Mas head office or by phone to 0821 1144 1212 / 0813 9369 5029.
PO Agra Mas staff or agents have no right to make any changes to the terms and conditions listed above.
