Passengers on the Denpasar – Semarang route will be transferred to a shuttle in Salatiga to continue the trip to their destination. No additional fee will be charged for this transfer.
If the bus experiences mechanical failure or gets canceled, passengers will be transferred to another available bus. Otherwise, passengers can also ask for a refund.
Gunung Harta will not provide any compensation for accidents, but will submit a claim to Jasa Raharja.
