When booking a Suite (Paraná) I expected two things: a suite and a view of the river. I got neither. The "suite" is nothing more than a large hotel room and not worth the extra cost. There was no view of the river from the room. The room is modern however on arrival the air conditioning was set extremely high and changing the control didn't seem to make any difference. The breakfast room did not seem capable of handling the number of guests and was very cramped, although the breakfast itself was great.

No nos otorgaron la habitacion con vista al rio como creimos estaba reservada dado que alegan que todas las habitaciones tienen el mismo nombre y que las con vista al rio solo las otorgan cuando la reserva se efectua directamente con el hotel, no por expedia. Nos cobraron IVA por ser argentinos, pero la factura que nos dieron no establece pago de IVA, lo cual hace dudoso el destino y legalidad del cobro

Todo perfecto. El personal del hotel es super coordial. Los tragos del bar de abajo muy buenos. El bar del spa podría mejorar la calidad. Pedimos unos jugos / licuados y los terminamos dejando; pero el servicio y atención sin embargo muy bueno también ( pudo haber sido un caso aislado). Nos toco una habitación con vista al frente. Supongo que las que dan al río tienen vista más agradable
