Great locations. Clean rooms. Very tired and run down though. Water pressure very poor. Aircons need a service. Phone didn’t work and staff attitude very poor

I dont recommend staying here. It needs an overhaul and a deep clean. The beds are so hard that they hurt. The towels are falling apart. There was stains on the floors and walls. My hand towel had moisturiser or something stuck to it. When I got in the shower, gunk from under the door started flowing into the shower recess. I did report it at reception and via email - no repsonse or follow up. It looked liked it had never been wiped down. The tint on my balcony door was also cracked with fingers marks smudged all over the door. I don't think there is regular cleaning in place. The lights in the kitchen area also didn't work.

You're only paying for the view, that's it.
The place is old and run down.
My room wasn't really that clean.
The Wifi is un-useable which is an issue because I travel for work.
The water pressure especially at peak times is terrible.
And even though its a non smoking premises, people smoke on the balconies so you cant keep your balcony door open without copping a room full of second hand smoke.
Do yourself a favour and sacrifice the view and the closeness to bars and restaurants for something cleaner and more comfortable.
