Charli is a good boy, thank you very much, 我住了8晚，房間整潔，各樣用品齊備，每天都有housekeeper, 廚房設備好齊全，房間向住電車路，不嘈雜，大堂服務員有耐性，有礼貌，交通便利,去Melbourne Central Station 只需8分鐘，下次我會再租這間酒店，very good

房間位置編排也每次差於一次。
近年免費 Wifi 只供直接入住客，經 Agent (如 Hotel.com) 要另行收費。
今次 reception 搬至地下一個暗角位置，職員難於看到進入酒店的人，且乘坐 lift 由地下各層無須如以往一樣要用房咭，而房門沒有配備安全鏈。
床墊過舊，没有承托力，另房客難易入睡。
用過的柸碟沒有清洗。

櫃檯人員都能協助解決問題，飯店位置離景點及市中心都不算遠，旁就有路面電車站增加便利性，雖然三人房型有小廚房，但使用上不是很便利並且會有油煙的問題，另外由於房間在房門旁，隔音上不是非常好，整體來說還不錯。
