I liked that it was very comfortable with large room and sofa and bathroom very modern with large shower. The bed very comfortable. Cooling very good. The pool was great especially being under cover and pool water was ideal. The only thing I didn't like was the window looked out onto carpark.

Property was clean but a little tired which left me wondering when the cushions, carpets, sofas and aircon remote cleaned. The reason for booking was the attraction of the pool which ended up not being heated during winter.
The owner and staff were very very accomodating on all other areas . Thanks kind regards Sandi Dwyer

Contacted me when we were a little later than expected to see if all was ok - great! Also assisted with ordering meal in when we were to tired to go out. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Great shower!

Arrived completely exhausted & sore from packing up a house to move. All i needed was a good sleep yet woken by cleaners at 8.45am then Offered by text a late checkout at 11.30am for the inconvenience... i was already awake so there was no point .. i soon left. a discount or breakfast would have been of more benefit.

Housekeeping was very slack had to keep asking for fresh towels was there for 4 days they only made the bed once.Location was ok though can hear the trains.

Stayed in the deluxe room. King bed was two singles pushed together so had the hump in the middle. Found the mattress quite uncomfortable and the pillows were too plump.
Otherwise, nice and clean and spacious but wouldn’t stay again because of the uncomfortable bed.
