My room was clean, tidy and comfortable.
My meal was spectacular.
Staff were very accommodating and helpful.
Second time I have stayed there and it looled like new owners this time.

Enjoyed my 4 nights at this hotel, very central for shopping and sightseeing. Rooms were very clean. Was able to park underneath, however it is first in first serve. It would be nice if parking space is allocated for each room. I was not aware that Quay Street is the main arterial road to Bargara - a bit tricky trying to cross the road to look at shops in the mall. Overall I would still come back to stay at this hotel because of it’s central location.

Will return again, very good. The hotel.location is good rigjt in the city and on the river.
The staff there were friendly and efficient. I would advise putting put the do not disturb tag, if you want some space. House keeping kept coming to my room for various matters. Of course they have to do their job.
The restaurant is first class, the service and food were well above expectations, the beautiful view of the Burnett River was jist so good.
Recomme.t staying at this hotel just for the restaurant.
Will be back.

I've stayed here before and this time they added a $7 surcharge on the EFTPOS payment extra, the room had no balcony, U could here people coming and going slamming doors all night echoing thru the hallway and I went out to get dinner and came back and there were no secure carparks underneath.. 3 of the parking spaces were filled with junk from the restaurant and hotel,tables and chairs etc . I need secure parking for my car and that's why I normally stay here..won't be staying again, the room prices have also gone up
