Exceptionally nice staff

Very noisy as it is right on the Bruce Hwy. Some mould in cupboards, some leaky taps badly needed maintenance and the balcony chairs needed to be replaced. Staff were friendly.

Room was satisfactory for the price charged. Bit tired and run down with an average bed.

Spacious apartment with all you need for a night stay.

Quite rude was ask to hurry up an vacate the room cause her cleaners were waiting for the room, 20 mins to 10. Was told cleaners was waiting...very rude...

Had to ve upgraded to an apartment as there was no hot water in the motel room along with no cutlery or plates, all they supply is 2 cups and one spoon! The apartment compared to the motel room was a lot better, but the rooms and furniture are really old. Place is in desperate need of some TLC, its just being run into the ground.

Was very convenient to Pilbeam Theatre, but with rear only access, we didn't feel safe walking in the streets at night.

Booked to stay there after my surgery at the nearby hospital: I could not stay there . Elderly Mother felt unsafe-room was down a dark alley next to the Thai restaurant with an unlocked gate anyone could enter. She said it was poorly lit, and felt so unsafe she didn’t even want food delivery to risk their safety, and she wouldn’t get a taxi to or from there in the dark. Loads of bikies staying there. She said upon entering the room it smelled, was grotty and had a number of geckos running round. The electricity kept crackling so she couldn’t charge her phone for long, and the only service she could get was standing by the window. We opted for her to leave the morning I was discharged, lose $125 and accept the pain of a 45min car ride home rather then stay somewhere so unsuitable.

Unit was fine but the 2 rooms we had were extremely noisy. Malaysian restaurant located on the same street very nice to dine in.

Checkin was 2pm. We drove 9 hours and arrived at 2:40pm. Our room was just being cleaned, told us to put our bags down and come back. Husband went to reception to see about compensation, told we won’t get any. Exhausted from travelling, I asked the girl cleaning our room how long she’ll be, girl called her mother (cleaning manager) who came storming up and yelling at me about her personal problems, as to why our room was cleaned, and told us to just F**k Off, go somewhere else. When I told her we had booked 2 rooms and paid in full over 6 months previously and her attitude was not good enough, again was yelled at to F**k off multiple times. There were multiple holes in the wall in the bathroom, that were bogged up. Broken toilet seat. The lounge had a sticky feel to it. The air conditioner in the main bedroom had to out of service tag on it. 1 dinner size plate to share with my husband. Big holes in the fly screens. Overall.. not good enough. Not happy at all!
